MBA Finance is one of the most exciting and informative courses. Besides, that I want to join Howard University to support a Black college, I am particularly interested in the fact that the popularity of the MBA Finance as a degree has spread across the globe in all organizations both in private and in the public sector. All these organizations recognize MBA finance as one of the best courses in management qualification. In my opinion, I figure that any substantial investment requires substantial returns, and I want to develop quality assured and cost-effective skills at the end of this course. These will enable me to have a meaningful contribution to the development of management capacity and business development of any companies that I work and any business that I decided to open.

I know that through this course, I will gain a first-hand experience that will equip me with insights on life after college. I will be ready for any future encounters in business management challenges while becoming well-versed in community challenges in the black community, and the business ideas that can enhance the lifestyles of minority groups. Aside from becoming a better person, I will be able to attain my goals.

I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ashford University, which has taught me various skills such as advising on business management, product selection, and customers, processing cash and card payments, and handling business complaints. The course taught me to be assertive and to have a comprehensive understanding of retail procedures and practices. I learned a lot from inspiring tutors who had real businesses and insights. I was able to get into lengthy discussions with experienced lecturers who made my perspective on the business world wider.

My role in the Navy has given me insights on cultural diversity, which I intend to use in my future business practices. For instance, I have encountered people in the Hispanic, African American, whites, Mexicans, and Spanish who had conducted crimes but used different languages to express their point of the story. I have had to learn different languages and distinct cultures, which I believe will enhance my communication skills in business as an added privilege to my MBA finance certificate. As a Navy, I have encountered people from many ethnicities, primarily through the many countries that I have visited. This has taught me to respect and accept each person, values that are vital in running a successful business, especially where employees are involved. I have learned gender equity by working with women in the Navy who have fought much harder than I have and sometimes on equal measure. This has taught me the value of female employees in any organization.

I am a person that is highly committed to self-discipline, respect, a right work attitude, and an excellent ability to make ethical judgments. I am innovative and creative, and I can perform well under pressure. I had an opportunity of applying for the MBA finance course at most top universities, but I chose Howard University because of its high teaching quality and the excellent environment that I felt existed when I visited the campus. According to my investigations, I have gathered that Howard University has the highest professional standards and has world-class teaching facilities. I have confidence that your MBA finance education is well versed in global studies in offering undergraduates with authoritative and innovative methods to theory and practice of business and financial management.
