Introduction
Indeed writing is not an easy task, but by understanding and acknowledging the audience, goals of the context, organization of the written work, and acute reference most pieces get recognition and attention of the readers (Tebeaux and Dragga 15). Moreover, there are guides used to assist most writers in ensuring that they receive the required concentration content, and structure in writing. Some of these qualities include accuracy, clarity, conciseness, readability, usability, and correctness (Tebeaux and Dragga 8). Therefore, the paper will use accuracy, brevity, readability, usability, and correctness to analyze two different writings mentioned 2-1A and 2-1B.
Accuracy and Clarity
Accuracy and clarity in technical writing refer to the acute and correct use of the English language structure (Tebeaux and Dragga 19). For example, it composes the use of proper grammar, language, communication and fluency whole writing and speaking. To most extent, it involves analyzing the purpose, readers, and context to be written (Tebeaux and Dragga 18). Moreover, it consists of the use of an appropriate when addressing the audience. An excellent example of accuracy is indicated in case document 2-1B. The main reason as to why the case is accurate in its approach and the use of grammar, for example, the situation is divided into three different sections, problem, how can you help, information for new running brook residences, and contact information requirement while the case in 2.1A has no such parts but an essay (Tebeaux and Dragga 16). The idea of dividing the articles is to ensure that the readers understand the intentions of the writer. It consists of the use of an appropriate when addressing the audience, for example, accuracy is indicated in case document 2-2B. The main reason as to why the case is accurate in its approach and the use of grammar (Tebeaux and Dragga 17). The idea of dividing the article into sections is to ensure that the readers understand the intentions of the writer.
Readability and Conciseness
Conciseness and readability ensure that a piece of writing can be read easily as well as the sentence construction, and paragraphs compose of few words and sentences respectively. Moreover, it readability focuses on the element of what is it? And why does it matter? Ideally, by answering these questions, a writer ensures that his/her composition establishes a connection and easy to understand (Tebeaux and Dragga 18). For example, case 2.1A uses long sentences that confuse readers since all the content is confusing. On the other hand, case 2.1B uses precise sections that are on point. Moreover, the constructions are short with few words, for example in the information for new running Brook residence "A few years ago, we installed a water line and meter."
Usability and Correctness
Usability and correctness are some of the essential elements of writing. Usability measures the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Accuracy ensures that all properties of usability are used correctly (Tebeaux and Dragga 19). A good example is the elements established in 2.1B. For example, they create a problem and then deduce solutions rather than incorporate irrelevant information.
Also, 2.1B is better than 2.1A because of its outline, for example, 2.1B has initiated a plan of addressing its readers. The purpose of the article is indicated since it spells out the issue at hand. Moreover, the question is illustrated in a manner of using points; thus, each location has a fact that is addressed. Furthermore, each section is handled more creatively and acutely.
