Introduction

A Christian school setting seems appropriate since Biblical principles are incorporated in all the school programs. Both students and the school staff practice good moral values as per the school guidelines that are at most of the time based on the Bible teachings. Christian and non- Christian schools differ in that Christian schools mainly focus on the proficiency of the staff and how they influence the students.

Non-Christian schools focus on the goals of the education they provide to the students. In Christian schools, students are taught by devoted Christians who share the same Biblical principles as the students' parents. Students in Christian schools not only learn good morals from the Bible but also from how the dedicated school staff conducts themselves.

The teacher's role as a model for the students.

Teachers are the students' parents away from home. They have a role of conveying knowledge to their students in their best capability following the school's curriculum. They create an environment that will be effective for students learning. In most schools students tend to look up to their teachers as their role models. Therefore, teachers have the task of ensuring that they are at their best conduct so as to have a positive influence on their students.

Methods of discipline to employ in the classroom.

Getting the appropriate class disciplines is a hard task for most teachers. But great tutors look for novel and creative concepts to associate with their students and make learning exciting. Some of these disciplines include monitoring; students class concentration is different therefore teachers need to observe what the students are frequently doing.

Acknowledging students is another vital discipline. Recognizing positive behavior and great performance in students tends highly motivate them. This should be highly encouraged in schools.

Fair management as a discipline ensures that all students are equally treated. All students should feel equal before their teacher. Unequal treatment will probably bring hatred among the students. Other disciplines to employ include a safe environment, being a role model to the students, focusing on the students' daily activities among others.

Christian education differs from the general education in terms of purpose. Christian education curriculum tends to benefit the student by imparting Biblical knowledge. General education mostly tends to benefit the state. It is worth noting that the general education curriculum expects that once students are done with their studies, they go to work for the nation.

Both forms of education have different regulations. Common education is state regulated while Christian education is parent regulated. Parents have the mandate to choose if they want their children to attend church-related or independent church learning environment. No credentials are required in Christian education unlike in public education.

How to react if treated unfairly or criticized by a parent.

Criticism or unfair treatment at times is inevitable in school settings. In case of such a scenario reporting to the school, management is the best option. Taking the matter into one's hand might worsen the situation.

Proficiency in the teaching skills.

School managers need to get support from their staff to guarantee easy management of the institution.
