The rise of secular culture together with atheists has brought vast changes in the norms of the Western societies. The growth of these two cultures has triggered handwringing among the religious believers. Their arguments on religion and culture are becoming aggressive, mean and unpleasant. Secular culture is acting in a vindictive manner and so cruel towards other faiths. The secular paradigm is operated within the environments of politics, culture, education, and religion, hence making it a popular culture in the United States (Chotiner, 2014).
Even with the rise of secular culture people still go to church, politicians use faith as a measure in their campaigns and religious people still hold sway time to time. In my view, no change is going to be contrary to many questions that may arise concerning religion. As humans will still exist, never will these cultures finally settle on one thing. The reasons why Christian culture will never settle in the presence of atheists who are more likely in the secular culture, they will never tolerate the existence of the Christian lifestyle. As it is written in the US constitution that everyone has a freedom to religion, then it will be hard for the different cultures to settle down. This right has given every citizen an exercise to practice their faith based on whatever they think is correct, but the practice is limited to the extent of violating another person belief, hence in concluding, these cultures will never finally settle (Carter, 2018).

To choose between Gutenberg, Luther, Copernicus, and Columbus on who transformed the Western civilization is a little bit hard. Every man played a pivot role in changing the perspective of the people towards something. Gutenberg will be remembered for his change on how people write and record things, Copernicus influenced our viewpoint towards space, Columbus changed our perspective towards the Earth, but the man who brought considerable influence to the Western people is Luther. He created the most significant paradigm shift which influenced the Western culture.
Martin Luther shook the Western culture in the 16th century where he revolted against the norms of the Catholic church where led to the freedom of religion, and it led to the separation of churches (Wandel, 2011). If it were not for Martin Luther up to now, we could have been bound by the Catholic Church and the freedom to worship or choose religion could not be there. It would have been the same as they stayed during the Middle Ages. Martin Luther also practiced the development of democracy as it gave a breakthrough to churches to govern their ways of conducting prayers and protecting their properties. In conclusion, Martin Luther had more significant influence to the paradigm even though the other three men played a critical role of changing and influencing on how people perceived things, Luther has won the hearts of many individuals in his quest to improve how religion is viewed.
