Bringing Home the Bacon is Cindee Klement's ghost print work and uses a watercolor monotype to achieve a scary and ghostly outlook. The dark somber lines and tone work to bring forth a horrific reflection with a dark emphasis on the base of the painting. The dark painting is used to express the creepy aspect of the painting with greater weight put within the lines making up the entire body of the images. The dark aspect of the painting at the base gives the painting an unsettling and fearful atmosphere with the heavy composition aimed at giving the painting a dramatic depth of darkness. The tone of the painting is no doubt used to give it a deep sense of evil and uncomforting image. The dark tones were created by way of black ink and the light tones by the white form of watercolor. The mild form relies on a tonal distribution of sharp lines giving them a wavy contraction to achieve a contrast of light and dark colors.

The painting gives no definite shape but uses the element of shape to communicate and arouse feelings of dread. The discrete ellipses and circles represent a continuous wave of imbalance and unwelcoming tension. The two heads with their sharp ellipses and indefinite solid form creates an enveloping movement trying to reach out and create a sense of horror. With its near transparent and opaque representation, the image achieves the perfect solid aspect of a domineering ghostly figure arousing the feelings of fear and dread.

The line within the painting is used to give a dreadful suggestion of an unknown object with great use of curved and jagged lines especially on the outer parts of the objects. The curved dark lines communicate rousing emotion, something like smoke bellowing from underneath. The indefinite lines suggest danger and anxious dreadful feeling. The lines are no doubt freehand expressing the artist's strong energy in bringing forth a dreadful feeling and arousing fear. The variation between the dark and light lines suggest numerous forms of inconsistency, an aspect that is aimed at creating confusion and dreadful feeling in a hazy and confusing way. The painting is no doubt about depth and surface, recalling an evil out from underneath and the uncomfortable relationship it brings forth.

Firstly, it is the central aspect of creating dread and a horrific outlook. The dark colors set in the frightful mood and the light-dark colors and spiraling white patches setting in diverse moods of uncomforting setting. The sly expression of the man is achieved best by a variation of color on his face, giving forth an image less trustworthy and further strengthening the ghostly outlook. Here, color achieves the dreadful outlook and the unsettling melancholic mood.

The man-made pattern achieved by the artist in the painting is both regular and irregular. The irregular but suggestive patterns give the image the vital aspect of individual expression, achieving a great deal of the images unsettling outlook. The wavy and rising patterns gives a solid representation of the interplay between the organized and random distribution of the various opposing elements used in the base of the painting. The effect is much more emphasized at the base with more expression achieved at the top with the wavy cloudy patterns, like rising smoke from a distant. It is a major part of the painting, strengthening the power of the painting as a scary object.

On the surface, the painting is rugged with a great deal of rough texture on it. Optically, the painting creates an illusion of a rough and unnerving surface. Physically, it seems to have a rough and coarse surface, enhancing the paintings gritty and uncomfortable feeling of expression. The ephemeral texture is like a rising cloud of smoke rising from underneath giving the image its gritty and ghostly aspect. The painting's unified outlook is further heightened by varied arrangements best achieved by the unique of splashed texture.
