Utilization of the technological advancement in the Digital divide is increasing. lt changing the lifestyle and changes in approach and access to social amenities as well as the connectivity among people. The issue still remains especially regarding home usage of high-speed broadband. However, usage has improved between 2000 and 2011 among adults, among different races, different age groups, people with varying household incomes and those with different educational attainment levels (Zickuhr & Smith, 2012). In addition, household income and housing attainment, which are economic variables, had some of the biggest differences due to social networking where people all over the world are able to receive individualized custom oriented services anywhere provided they have access to the internet. The local citizens are competing with the external market for the minimal available social amenities with tourist notwithstanding housing facilities. In the digital divide, the people are able to advertise for reasonable home space where tourists are able to access convenience and affordability of housing in sub-rented homes to share the space with homeowners for vacations or business trips among others. This has in turn rendered housing a revenue tapping business for homeowners ant the government as it advances to promote diversification.
