Given a chance, traveling to the past is a worthwhile choice for me. Being from Afghanistan, a war-torn zone, many problems affect the country in its development. Going to the past will be an excellent option to deal with the issues in this country. The year 2001 being the time when the US war in Afghanistan started, it has the primary cause of many economic problems in the country. Additionally, going back in time to the year 1995 will grunt me ample time to make adjustments to certain morals in society. Increasing awareness on the causes of the problems would be a perfect way to deal with the issues in the community at the time.

The first thing that I would do in this time is to improve peace and harmony. One way in which I would increase awareness on order is helping the society understand the effects of rebels to the general armistice in any community. The cause of this war was the death of 3000 people in the 9/11 attack. One way to prevent this war would have been to reduce to influence of the Taliban in the country. Here, the best way would be to mobilize the local communities to minimize fear and distress against sharing information regarding al Queda operations in the region. This would help local authorities cut down rebel activities in the area. This would generally increase peace since people would be more ready to take steps to fight terror in the country and therefore improve security. At the same time, when people are prepared to work against violence and terror in any region, they are more likely to report future cases and generally increase help-seeking operations that would eventually end the rebel movements in the area.

The second thing to change is the education in the region. In Afghanistan, training had been a significant problem for many societies. Often, people have struggled to get a quality education, but they have failed to insufficient due resources to seek such education or because of the effect of war. When war is reduced or ended, people would be ready to find training since there would be safe means that would enable people to access different regions. Another way to change the state of knowledge would be to create awareness camps for which people could be taught on the importance of education in their lives.

Violation of rights and discrimination in Afghanistan has been found to increase gradually from the year 2001. To change this, going to the past will allow for curbing of the initial causes of the violations from their source. Changing the communities view about women and their role in society is the best way in which this problem can be handled. The best method to curb this issue is the involvement of international organization in this problem before it even started. Creating jobs for the people in Afghanistan would be another way to change the economic and general state of the country. Seeking funds and directing them to develop industries in this country would generally increase interactions and therefore make people work together towards improving the country.

Conclusion

In a nutshell, past experiences in Afghanistan are the cause of many problems in the country. One of the leading causes of these problems were the war. Making sure this war did not happen helps in the reduction of the effects of the problems on the economy of the country. Rebel movements have greatly deterred the development of the country regarding education, peace, and employment. Of course, I would not do all the interventions alone; I would need unity and togetherness in the activities.
