The primary symptoms of mental disorder include panic disorders, anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, addiction, substance abuse, Schizophrenia, and eating disorders. Panic disorder involves the experiences of emotional distress like chest pain, heart racing, and sweating (Aslam 1). As well, it can get demonstrated by the instances of confusion, fear, and apprehension. Panic disorder is associated with ignorance, low-levels of education, and age restriction. The commonly abused drugs and substance that lead to mental health problems include alcohol, Marijuana, and caffeine.

The victims of mental health usually compel the family and relevant institutions to adopt pre-emptive measures to solve the challenge. Untreated mental, cases can result in severe complications including poor performance, low employment opportunities, and higher medical costs. Mental health is vital at every stage of growth, For instance, the children and adults would become efficient and productive when their mental health does the compromised. The importance of mental health has led to numerous campaign and awareness to mitigate its adverse effects on human life.
