Introduction
Body fitness is an essential aspect that enables humans to live a healthy life. Kinesiology involves the study of body movement in both the non-human and human organisms. This branch of science addresses dynamic mechanisms and principles of motion, which can be psychological, physiological, or biomechanical (Poon, Li, Roper, Wong, Wong & Cheung, 2015). Human beings get encouraged to engage in various regular physical activities to make sure that their bodies remain active and healthy for long. Nowadays, the lifestyles people lead, have a direct impact on their general body health. This paper discusses the benefits of engaging in various physical activities regularly. Also, it shows the behavioral changes one would include in their lifestyle to make room for physical exercises.
Physical exercises include simple routines like jogging, work out methods, gym routines, or engaging in sports activities. They make people feel a lot better and more energetic and keep body weight check. Most importantly, exercising helps prevent the excessive gaining of weight. Foods provide our bodies with a lot of energy. Regular eating with less physical activities' engagement leads up to the accumulation of these energies and other nutrients in the human body. Further, weight gain becomes evident and would exceed dangerous levels to conditions such as obesity. All this energy needs to get utilized by the body to allow for healthy growth and room for more.
Also, exercising takes away the worry of contracting some disorders and body diseases ("Benefits of Regular Physical Activity", 2019). People who engage in physical exercises on regular routines worry less about conditions like high blood pressure and heart disorders. Keeping the body active maintains healthy levels of cholesterol and helps decrease unhealthy triglycerides. Also, there are the anti-aging benefits that come with regular exercising. Exercise boosts brain functioning and slowing the degeneration of the central nervous system. Degeneration of the nervous system gets responsible for poor body coordination and slow reactions. Besides, in reducing fat levels in the body, the risk of contracting chronic diseases attributed to lifestyle gets significantly diminished hence leading a long healthy life.
Today, many challenges meet people either at their working stations or societies. Regular physical exercises help brighten peoples' moods. After a busy or stressful day at work, a simple workout routine or activity helps lay off some steam. Stress inhibits people from accomplishing some tasks, keeping them gloomy and not in the best state of mind to concentrate efficiently. Sometimes, people get trouble finding sleep. All these issues get reduced significantly by engaging in regular physical activities. They help free the mind of so many thoughts and keeping the body relaxed. Also, most physical exercises are fun to do. Going to the gym and exercising using some equipment is joyous. Some physical activities involve team activities or sporting, which bring joy to the participants.
Some people may lack time to engage in physical activities, depending on their lifestyles. Most get too busy at work, or some don't value the importance physical exercises bring to them. Nowadays, most company setups include a gym section in their structure to provide some space for the workers to blow off some steam. Going to the gym is not the only way to exercise. One can employ some simple work out routines and stretching schedules at the comfort of their houses. All that gets required is a simple room and some small space, and the person is right to go. The physical benefits activities bring to our bodies is undoubted. People get encouraged to engage in these practices regularly for extended healthy living.
