Unemployment and poverty are among the social problem existing in my community, which relates to human rights and social, economic, and environmental justice. Because of poverty and unemployment, society can suffer from rapid technological change, rising cost and lack of education, which brings about social, psychological and financial problems. Moreover, poverty and unemployment are social problems since they have been causing enormous suffering the unemployed population or workers because of their nil or reduced income. Other social issues include homelessness, immigration, racism, civil rights, income, and opportunity inequality, inequality in marriage, LGTB issues and many more.
Among the problems being addressed by our field agency is inequality in marriages. Inequality in marriage is being addressed through determining its root cause. For instance, inequality in marriage can develop as a result of professional identity, age, maturity, gender roles' interpretations, and economic and social status of people in a family. Moreover, this has been rendering several sexual relationships in the society unethical and inappropriate mainly because of power inequalities. As a result, unequal vulnerability, limitation, and dependence of option are guaranteed. Moreover, income inequality among married couples has been a significant issue. Therefore, for it to be solved there is a need of determining how it came to be an issue, its effects on the family and how it can be prevented.
For the sake of conceptualizing and explaining such problems, and addressing them in a way that encourages advanced social, environmental and economic justice, the agency has been doing its best to create a healthy, stable and robust family relationship. The agency inspires people together with families to improve their social, interpersonal and emotional health. Moreover, it has been doing its best as far as assisting people as well as families to invest so much in discovering, cultivating, and utilizing their strengths.
These social problems are known for adversely affecting society, especially if they grow worse. Among the effects of these problems is that harmony will be disrupted and as a result, suspicion, and hostility will increase. They can also bring about large-scale dissatisfactions in addition to creating misery and suffering in society. This suggests that the magnitude of the problems will keep on increasing day by day and this is very dangerous to the community. Nevertheless, it is important to note that it will reach a point at which these problems will not be considered absolute, but relative problems. This is because not everyone is involved in them. Similarly, society through the agency can work out ways in which such social problems can be eradicated.

When it comes to solving social problems, it is recommended that the agency ought to assess the society, with the aim of finding the key social determinants of the problems. This can be achieved by taking to the members of the society and community leaders. This incorporates sharing with them about your thoughts concerning the social problems. Another step involves addressing the social determinants through getting support within the society. This assists when it comes to how social problems can be exposed in a way that the society can be protected from the hazard. The last thing that can be done is developing policies that can positively affect society. This can incorporate the provision of services and goods to society.
