Introduction

It is important to note that the Sexual Violence Response Protocol has been designed to facilitate the general assistance of all the members of the university community and who may go through great disclosures of sexual violence in offering one of the supportive and consistent first responses to the victim involved. In order to manage the overall goals, the University in achieving its goals will be undertaking some of the ongoing evaluation of the school progress and practices in preventing and addressing sexual violence.

Additionally, the university has worked very hard to encourage any member of the McMaster community who has in the past gone through sexual violence to offer access to some of the confidential support that is their disposal on campus and in the surrounding environment. Additionally, delivering educational programs that challenge attitudes behavior and encouraging members of the McMaster University community who has gone through sexual violence to support are made available on campus.
On the other hand, a case where one receives disclosure in relation to sexual violence, it is significant to provide information to the individual who is making the disclosure of one's commitment to keeping all the information in a confidential state. (n.d.), in order to come up with one of the best campus sexual misconduct policy, it is important for a major emphasis to be placed on input and involvement of students at all level in coming up with the best policy.
It is important to note that peer sexual assault is one of the significant challenges that is facing American campus and college in general.
