Even though there are several similarities among the assessment tools, there are several aspects that illustrate their variations. A patient risk score is deployed to assess patients who are intensive care. The tool support and educate staff on the conditions of a patient (Veeravagu et al., 2017). As such, the tool provides background information about the health condition of a patient. The method operates by giving a visual summary of all plausible issues that could arise, and this assists in the development of control measures to combat the risks (Kumar et al., 2019). The assessment tool can effectively be deployed at different levels, thus easier to apply among people from different ages and status. The visual infusion phlebitis score assists nurses to effectively time how phlebitis performance. The indicators are deployed to determine the blood flow and performance of the veins (Veeravagu et al., 2017). As such, it is easier for health care practitioners to remove intravenous catheter within the required time.

The approach will improve the assessment of a particular health condition, thus reducing the chances of contracting a problem (Veeravagu et al., 2017). The approach will improve the quality of health, thus reducing the chances of people developing complex issues.
