Introduction

My life constituted sports activity from an early age, and most engagements entailed basketball sports. Every time I played sports, I ensured that my heartbeats per minute remained in check. Every time I used to play the game, I measured the rate of a heartbeat before and after every game I played. I noticed that during my early ages, the rate of stress proved lower and increased over time. The change made me curious to investigate the reactions change over time. During extreme moments of anxiety, I usually take a deep breath, which helps me to calm down, and this slows my rate of the heartbeat.

Hypothesis

During a stress response application, the sympathetic nervous system promotes a fast responding mechanism. The activation process increases heartbeat rates. It slows down the parasympathetic nervous system activity to slow down the heart rates, which contributes to the regulation of body functions at a state of rest. The physical and behavioural stress application involves adaptive mechanism shaped to cope with anxious situations. According to assumptions, the central nervous system controls the mild form through various reactions.

Background Information

Heart

The heart entails a muscular organ that pumps blood through a network of arteries and capillaries. The heart consists of four chambers that carry out different functions. An average heart rate for an adult range from sixty to a hundred beats in a second. The pulse constitutes a measure of heart rate (Buccheri, Chirco, Geraci, Caramanno & Cortese, 2018). There exist several factors that determine the frequency of the heart rate, which includes age, health, emotions and body sizes.

The Central Nervous System

The central nervous system comprises the mind and vertebral cord. The central nervous system combines information from the entire physique. The complexity of the central nervous system attracts studies from scholars and physiologists. The central nervous system controls our feelings, thoughts and hormones involved in various body responses. The system divides into the grey and white matter (Brzica, Abdullahi, Ibbotson & Ronaldson, 2017). The CNS and peripheral nervous system appear as the same entities, but these entities prove dissimilar. There various causes of disorders that affect the CNS. Trauma, infection and degeneration constitute significant causes of central nervous system defects.

There exists an interconnectedness between the heart and the central nervous system. The two organs show an interrelation in different accounts. The loss of calmness arises from the nervous system's reaction to various situations. Every person experience nervousness at different points in and how the person deals with the condition differs. The whole phenomenon happens through the influence of the nervous system (Brzica et al. 2017). The central nervous structure comprises of the brain and the vertebral cord and plays a significant part in monitoring all the activities of the body. During a state of anxiety in the figure, the central nervous structure initiates primary mediators to provide a calm application. These mediators include serotonin, dopamine, gamma-aminobutyric acid, and norepinephrine. The mild use also involves other neurotransmitters and peptides. The chemicals released to give us the natural boost in reflex time, speed, and perception in the quest to cool down the anxiety cooling application. The heart pumps faster to get more oxygen and blood circulation in the body, sending the body into survival mode. The increase in epinephrine causes a risk of a heart attack.

Research questions

To what extent did the calm application reduce the heartbeat rates between the ages of 17 years and 85 years?

Variables

The primary variable in any experiment constitutes the dependent and independent variables. However, science experiments make use of the control variable. The variables involved in the research included the age and sex of the individuals.

Methodology

Data collection

The research employed interviews carried on several individuals within the scope of different age groups and unconventional sex. The data collected from various interviewees go through a severe analysis to establish different results and activities of the heart. In my research, I also entailed the participant observation method, which involved attending various events that because anxiety took keen observations on the calm application techniques of different individuals.

Respondents

The respondents constituted of people from different walks of life who had experienced anxiety of stress in their life and who overcame the concept. The respondent included most of the athletes of different ages and sexes.

Data Collection

The data collection method involved making the necessary data records in the Microsoft Excel document. The recorded data proves necessary in various calculations that constitute a significant part of the research. The data collection source proved most reliable because the data collection involved first-hand data and the probability of error proved minimal.

Reporting Plan

The reporting plan entailed the report on why the data collected in the research proved reliable for the study. The reporting involved an excellent analysis from experts in the sports industry and the medical experts who proved conversant with the effects of calm application and other methods of dealing with panic situations.

Materials

The research entailed various materials for carrying out the study and measuring the needed heartbeat rates. The materials included questionnaires, Holter monitor.

Analysis

The general average age consisted of 37 years which suggest that most of the interviewees comprised of the youths in their late youth stage. The average O2 on average of 97.93, the average BPM ranges at 67.47 and the average SYS ranged at 11.02. The Op and BPS produce an average curve on the usual circumstance (Abutabenjeh & Jaradat, 2018). The research would have posted better results if it involved more intellectuals and a better research method. The time of the study should also have extended to display more accurate results.

Discussion

The aim of my research entailed finding out the body reaction in the events of extreme panic or stress. The study majored on the central nervous system, the brain and peripheral nervous system, which constituted the primary organs involved in the calm application effect. The people at a young age and the ones were leading a healthy lifestyle. The old people have high rates of pulse and have the risks of heart failure.

Findings

The principal purpose of the study entailed finding out the application of calm application to relieve stress and anxiety among different people and the steps suggested in taking the next research. This study required testing of the implementation of gentle use and the differences in the variables involved in the study. The calm application appears as helpful in the relieve of stress and calming the anxiety (Huberty et al., 2019). The effect of mild forms appears illusional to the biblical harp that represents casting away of stress and anxiety. Most of the interviews found the calm app very helpful to the concept of stress and anxiety management at different levels. Just like music acted as the relieve of fear, then technology provides a modern way of reducing stress and anxiety. This research aims to popularize the calm application and encourage its use by different people of all walks of life.

Conclusion

The concept of a calm application constitutes a very vital element of study. The research proves very easy when the number of participants becomes less. Some of the limitations of my research entailed the following:

My sample consisted of people from my locality, so it proves difficult to conclude that the effects of calm application will affect the people the same way. The improvement of this failure in the encountered in research required the use of different localities and people of different walks of life.

The research needed to involve the use of more straightforward methods of analyses that do not prove cumbersome to the researchers and the supervisors.

The research helps I understanding of the functionality of the brains, the central nervous system and the physiological nervous system during different situations and times. The study proved that the brain functions in together with PNS and CNS in conditioning the body to release various hormones at the time of panic or fear. This knowledge proves vital to the students and the general public at large because it helps in realizing the best method to apply when a need to cool the body arises.
