Besides, the career choice should link with the personality to satisfy the anticipating learner emotionally and intellectually. A job that calls for more skills of what one is good at will make the person do their job creatively and following a code of ethics. Personality type Blue and Gold blends well with this career expectation and makes the writer swift with the barriers in place. Career expectation is often affected by organizational transformation and the effect on job satisfaction and development. For the case of a writer, the main expectation is dependent on technological advancement that keeps making their work easier and also open to a lot of manipulation. However, better remuneration can, to an extent, offer job satisfaction complemented by other tailored factors.

For writing blogs, Artificial intelligence has aided in work efficiency for the writers through grammar, storage, and reaching the larger market for their work. However, being Good artificial intelligence may pressurize the writer too much to deliver than they can since it makes them work like a machine and disregard the human factor. This calls for a career plan that can switch since career change is not linear and sometimes calls for rebranding to crafting career identity (Graham, 4)

For many learners, they aspire to be in a career that will last them until retirement. Retirement has been disoriented from its norm and issues such as career change, self-employment, and needs to venture into the informal sector, making it a social problem. This has called for networking and proactiveness in a career approach. (Graham, 5) However, for the high qualification professions, retirement has been maintained since the package for retirement is still attractive.
