Introduction
Wheelies provide quality scooters and bicycles for rental to residents within San Francisco and the tourists who visit the area.

The target audience is the people residing within San Francisco city as well as the tourist who will be visiting the area.
Desire
The primary purpose I would wish the target audience to accomplish is to get to know more about Wheelies and the services it offers. Another target also is to keep them coming and not losing them to the competitors.
Communication Platforms
The main platforms of communication for Wheelies would be social media, specifically Facebook. Through Facebook I am trying to reach the people who reside in the city as well as the visitors who will be land into the city as tourists or just there for business meetings. Messaging via Facebook and other platforms will be done daily as people prefer organization that engages them regularly.
Messaging
An important message shall be communicated through the social media manager with regards to discounts and other things that Wheelies will offer its customers. This includes organizing fun activities, advocacy, and other activities that benefit the community in some way.
Key Dates
As we have seen from the calendar, their specific times in the year when tourism is booming while in other the weather keeps people indoors. Wheelies can capitalize on times when there are many visitors in the city and focus on aggressive marketing.
Campaigns
Wheelies can organize campaigns and invite people via social media, and this will be done all around the city, where the company will be known by many city dwellers. Massive campaigns can attract even donors who will support the business going forward.
Bench Marking
Besides doing all these, Wheelies should benchmark on other organizations that offer similar services and learn how they do their marketing. This includes how they present adverts and how often they do this kind of marketing. It is through such experiences that the organization will gain new skills that would guide the employees in marketing the company correctly and getting more customers.

The San Francisco fact sheet data was collected based on the spending of the tourists and other visitors during their stay in the City. The expenditure focused on how much they spent daily. Data from the fact sheet also highlight the nations from which most of the visitors come from and the activities that they engage in whenever they are in the cities around this area. Information also indicates that the visitor mostly come to the city because of several reasons. The data can be improved in several ways to ensure those accurate statistics on the tourists are captured. First, the data should capture the areas where visitors spend their time during the day. Information of this nature can be crucial in analyzing how the tourists spend their time during the day when they can be rented the scooters and bicycles.
In my view, the information provided by the fact sheet is valid in a sense it captures the data that can be easily gotten without having to ask the visitors themselves. This kind of information is available within the various hotel where they slept, and the expenditure is available from the city's estimates on the expenditures of the tourists. The rainfall pattern of the city is also accurate because they measure when the rainfall during the year.
Data collected is following federal law and regulations. The information provides only the thing that people do in general and does not specify or name the individual activities within the city. The data also highlight the place in which the tourist visited the activities they engaged but does not specify or name the conferences despite having the information. Protecting private information is evident based on the information provided from the fact sheet. Information can never be exhausted, and using questionnaires is one way through which more information can be collected. It is through questionnaires that specific questions such as whether tourists prefer riding scooters and bicycle and be asked. Responses from this question and many others can be precious in making arrangements for marketing techniques. The interview also can be an effective way of gathering especially when the visitors are enjoying themselves. The question, however, should be brief and straight to the point so they do not feel you are not intruding their spaces.
Crafting Message to a Diverse Audience
When drafting a message to a diverse audience, there is number of things that one must consider. The first thing is using a language that can easily be understood by a diverse audience. The message must be simple clear, and direct to the point. In communicating such a message, it is essential to acknowledge our diversity and requesting individuals who have not understood the message of other options to use in getting the address. In the message it is essential that the use of slang and other forms of jargon is completely eliminated.
The current technique used by the wheelies is the use of employee s daily in marketing their scooter and bicycle business. This technique is only useful in conducive weather and when there is influx of tourists into the city. This form of communication strategy today is not as effective as it was in the past when there was no technology. Today in the era of technology social media and other platforms are extremely useful in reaching the target audience.
Facebook, for instance, has some personalized in which the wheelie can directly present ads to city dwellers as well as those visiting the area. By use of things such as location the message about the offer within wheelie can reach a bigger audience instead of employees walking one-mile radius with placards daily. One of the notable things about wheelie is that heir Facebook page is dormant in this era, where social media has revolutionized business communication. It is through social media that tourists can quickly learn that there is a scooter rental business within the city if San Francisco (Kim, 2018).
By delivering the targeted message, several things are bound to happen. The first thing is that Wheelies is going to get known by many people and some might even say a visit to check out what is being offered. Customers from all over will get to know the presence of the scooters and bicycles that they can rent within the city of San Francisco. In other situations, however, some people might be interested in the services and might ignore the advertisement, but they will have known of the scooter rental services offered by wheelies.
In making the advertisements, it is vital that a clear picture of services offered is provided to the social media platforms. The adverts also should not show harmful behaviors as the children might interact with them on their Facebook newsfeeds. A misleading advert might cost the organization a chance to build a good reputation that will last for years.
In Facebook, messages can reach a vast audience, and, in that regard, a particular message might not be received well by certain groups of people. The personalized advertisement might be for the people around San Francisco but this advertisement sometimes can appear in the newsfeed of the people within the city or those traveling (Kim, 2018). Some pepo finds social media advertisement as intrusive of their private affairs and might comment badly on the organizations handle thus pushing people away from inquiring more about the services offered. In the case the advertisement on social media goes viral, people might get the unintended messages tailored for visitors and dwellers of San Francisco.
