Although the death penalty guarantees safety the convicted person cannot perform any other crimes. (Figures on the Death Penalty) It does not have a positive effect on other individuals. According to a report by researchers on 533 prisoners, the results showed that 7 of the convicted persons had committed other murder crimes (Death Penalty Information Center, 2006). It also showed that among those convicted, one of them was innocent and sentenced to death. The media informants cannot distinguish between a convict who is a murderer and a murderer who is paroled and commits murder continuously. The policy of death law is thus termed as infective. Anything ineffective should be eliminated, aiming to safeguard people's lives.

Murder criminals do not deserve to die because vengeance is not justice. Human life and dignity are respected in a civilized community by rejecting criminals and what they do to the victim. The death penalty cannot be death; rape cannot be rape and burning house through a burning house; instead, the convicted can be imprisoned for life to punish them accordingly. The death sentence is an ignorant and old-fashioned way of finding a solution and punishing the convicted; it continues the cycle of violence because it makes no sense to kill again. Justice is bound to make mistakes. It happens in the case of people who are unlawfully imprisoned, and they are executed.

Capital punishment for convicted is immoral as it is against the strong religious belief that life is sacred, God has given and divine, and judgments come afterlife (Death Penalty Information Center, 2006). Law enforcement believes the death penalty is more expensive than keeping the inmate in prison even for life. Defending a death sentence case takes more time than defending a typical case. Besides, factoring in appeals is more time-consuming than life sentence appeals. It is immoral as nobody is granted consent to take another person's life apart from God.

Conclusion

In conclusion, death row is an ineffective way of capital punishment. Even though a person commits a capital crime, other ways can be used to punish them, including life imprisonment. The government should consider using different methods to punish victims of violence in society. Through this, crimes and violence can be reduced in the community. Therefore, the a need to adapt acceptable guidelines supporting what fits desired.
