Introduction
Even though the United States is one of the most developed nations globally, racial and ethnic inequality remains the main challenge affecting most of its sectors such as medical service provision, security, education and employment sectors within the country. Racial and ethnic disparities divide people based on social classes, colour and many other factors that lead to social discriminations in terms of the distribution of the resources and services within the social system. The primary purpose of this paper focuses on the evidence that indicates the existence of racial and ethnic inequality in contemporary United States society by examining three areas and at least two racial groups experiencing different forms of racial and ethnic disparities.
One of the most evidence showing the existence of racial inequality in cotemporally United States society is when the Trump administration announced that federal Housing administration would cancel an imminent cut from its annual mortgage premium. The decision had a significant impact to black family groups and people that belong to low income by making it more difficult for them to afford homeownership due to lack of resource and lack of by birth citizenship documents. More than half black families that heavily depend on the premium get affected by since they rely on homebuying in most of United States compared white homebuyers who depends on federal housing premium insurance services as a result of lack of enough financial resources to buy land and built their homes. This is a clear for form racial and ethnic inequality based on the primary purpose of the action based on the facts that most the trump's supporters, the replicants are whites. At the same time, the democrats are black-Americans based on the political point of views.
Similarly, according to Racial Equality Under Trump,(2020), the Trumps administrations proposed budget for upcoming fiscal years after being sworn in as president of the United States also indicates racial and ethnic inequality since it tries to eliminate or drastic cutdown of programs across its federal government which are centred on promoting and enhancing medical healthcare services and economic alongside financial security for most of the African-American communities. For instance, the reported proposal that seeks to eliminate the Environmental protection Agency, which is the most vital organ for Environmental justice. The Environmental organ was established twenty-five years ago with the main aim of addressing challenges facing minority communities through the provision of grants and coordinating federal policies across entire cabinet of United States to work on strategic measures to combat and concentration of environmental harms among minority communities. In most cases, African-American communities experience disproportionate shares regarding the environmental hazard of which in most cases accompanied by human health threats that come from different sources making the communities disproportionately likely to survive within 'fenceline' locations that are close to chemical producing or utilizing facilities and exposure to industrial pollutions
When it comes to saving retirements, the United States administration its early move signal hostility to bipartisan effort with the primary purpose to assist in working families to prepare its retirement programs while also helping the black families to overcome and reduce the widening racial wealth gap among the American population. Previously, United State's labour department finalized the legal procedure that rules to facilitate state effort of expanding access to affordable retirement pensions which was one of the vital steps to promoting and enhancing retirement security for hundreds of millions of human resource class within the United States to an employer-sponsored plan.
Since 1980 to date, racial and ethnic inequality among American population has remained mostly uncharged making most of the researchers to classify the American society as 'Two Americas' since the Native Americans and Hispanics experience high rate of poverty compared to Asians and whites as result of racial and ethnic gaps and related issues in most of the wealth, health and employment distributions(University,2020). During the period of American Great recession, employment, health and wealth fell affecting all American population. The government put forward strategic measures to combat and revive the American economy by promoting and facilitating essential services. Currently, the white's family are at a higher level compared to blacks' families since employment opportunities, education and health were not provided based on equality and equity.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the contemporary United States, some of the minority groups and differences races experience racial and ethnic inequalities from most federal government sectors.
