On the other side of the coin, I possess good listening skills that are essential especially to anyone willing to learn new ideas. Through this, one advances from his or her current state to the other by grasping and implanting the new ideas one has. My interpersonal skills will enhance my communication with my colleagues to ensure that I learn from them. In this case, this ability will open an avenue for me to explore my knowledge and skills.

During my working experience, my primary goal will be to ensure that I advance my interpersonal skills from experience and working I will have acquired from my colleagues as well as sharpening my networking skills. In this case, this will give directions by acting as a blueprint of the entire activity never the less; this will ensure that vital and routine check-ups in any event or project are not skipped to avoid inconvenient errors that may halt the entire project. On the other hand, teamwork is an essential element that should be considered, especially where the whole project is lengthy and time-consuming. In this case, the collaboration will encourage proper understanding of each other's strength and weakness, which may result in rectifying the steps to avoid future mistakes.

In this case, there is a need to conduct numerous researches as a way of ensuring that one is up to date with the new schemes.
