Purity

Being pure at heart is a value that many people do not possess in the current world. It means that a person has the right thoughts and intentions (Berman & Small, 2018). Purity allows an individual to think and say the right thing regardless of one's emotions. Being a pharmacist, I need to learn to make the right decisions to protect the lives of my patients. It will eradicate chases whereby I can make human errors or execute actions due to my judgment.

Courage and Strength

Courage does not mean having the capability of showcasing extreme actions or being egoistic. Courage refers to a person's ability to handle fear, intimidation, and doubt (Tkachenko et al.,2018). Biblical teachings indicate that one needs to be truthful to one's heart and spirit to be courageous. It is an important aspect of the pharmaceutical field since there is a high possibility of unpleasant circumstances. Being courageous will enable me to deal with such situations in a cool manner. Employers tend to hire workers who showcase the moral value since it increases productivity within a work environment. It is because the moral value helps employees when interacting with clients hence it encourages customer satisfaction also enforces employee engagement in a company. It illustrates that having courage will increase my chances of securing a stable job in the field of pharmaceuticals. Biblical teachings indicate the importance of seeking strength from God. One needs to have moral values when dealing with daily situations as a pharmacist. It encourages a person to move forward and eliminating the idea of feeling discouraged.

Unity

When working in medical facilities, the aspect of teamwork is important during the running of daily operations. It is because employees from different departments need to coordinate to provide patients with quality resources and services. I learned that it is important for individuals to believe in unity. It allows individuals to work together to achieve the same goal. It encourages employees to have the same priorities which enhance productivity and development in a job place (Suarez, 2015). Unity discourages the emergence of feuds and disagreements among colleagues. The idea of believing unity will promote my success since I will be able to accomplish my goals and eradicate the aspect of disappointment.

Being Thankful

I learned about the bible teaching of giving thanks to God. The importance of the practice is that it expresses gratitude and appreciation. I can adapt the concept when relating to my colleagues. It is important to appreciate other people's efforts since it increases positive mindsets in the workplace (Suarez, 2015). As a pharmacist, the idea will help me to adapt to a positive life perspective hence achieve my life and career goals.

Strengths

I have various strengths that can apply in a workplace such as I am a creative, patient, determined, hardworking, and disciplined. There are strategies that I can implement to help the growth of my strengths. For instance, participating in training programs and workshops where experts educate individuals on how to develop their strong points to develop their careers (Galport &Azzam, 2017). The practice will assist me in acquiring skills that will encourage the use of my strengths to benefit my profession. A worker needs to employ one's strengths to encourage the achievement of the organization's goals. For example, I can apply my skill of creativity to assist in the development of new ideas and techniques that can take the pharmaceutical firm to another level. Being patient will apply when dealing with patients and unexpected situations. I can employ my abilities such as being determined, hardworking, and disciplined to finish my tasks in a good time. It will help the firm to accomplish its goals within the deadline.

Weaknesses

I noted that I portray weaknesses such as being disorganized, poor at public speaking and lacks effective communication skills. My weak points will tend to affect my performance and success as a pharmacist. The setting goals is one of the strategies that I should apply since it will eradicate my habit of being disorganized. A pharmacist needs to be well organized since it influences how I deliver medical care and eradicates lateness. Engaging with my colleagues and patients will promote my confidence hence minimize anxiety during public speaking. I will attend training programs since it will allow me to learn how to develop effective communication abilities that facilitate customer satisfaction. During workshops, people get a chance to get educated through presentations and practical sessions (Galport &Azzam, 2017).

Conclusion

In conclusion, people need to equip themselves with values such as pure heart, courage, and strength. The biblical teachings can apply to the development and success of my future (Berman & Small, 2018). I noted that I have strengths such as determination and hardworking. It is important to note that through the use of strategies such as training sessions, I can improve my abilities and implement them as a pharmacist. I examined how to overcome my weak points to avoid them hindering my productivity. An individual need to understand one's abilities and weak areas to make a difference in the community.
