It is a beneficial experience that results from decreasing mental health problems, among other issues that associate with therapy. Therapy works to release and reduce or set an individual to its original mental state; it also provides different positive experiences such as communications that form a platform to share problems. A platform that involves numerous problems other than the psychiatric category of the issues, such keeps a positive move, thus refers to as a benefit of therapy.

As per the interviewee, she has a therapeutic experience, which gives a lot about therapy. It involves numerous types of approaches to therapy, which include psychoanalytic and behavioral plans, among others. Therapy creates relationships termed as a therapeutic relationship. It comes with varying experiences right from sharing problems and offering an analyst time to respond, which equals a free association. The environment under which conversation takes place allows individuals to share or uncover the distressing life experiences, thus developing a point of relief. Again, it involves numerous techniques under which the process operates. It includes interpretations, dream analysis, free association, and analysis of resistance, among other essential areas or sections of study. Every part comes with a definite advantage that aims at relieving people from the mental burden that holds them behind. In the case of free association, as earlier introduced, it involves creating a relationship between a therapist and a person after the counseling.

With the interviewee, we learned about numerous applications as she once experienced the exercise. Some of the main addressed applications that she learned include psychoanalysis. It requires time, and it does not fit individuals who seek quick mental solutions. Based on the questions that involve if an interviewee knows someone who received Therapy, it focuses on addresses the scope and experience of therapy as connected to several people. She said yes, which means she knows someone who has received therapy before. It shows or demonstrates skills the interviewee has over the past years on the subject. Some of the main shared experiences and factors that contribute to successful therapeutic learned from her friend include alliance and sympathy in the context of numerous therapies. Numerous approaches remain in the context of therapy. The interviewee shared signs of good therapy learn from people she knows went through the therapy. Some of the main themes include training, informed consent, and communication with clients. It all marks a positive move that contributes to the journey of therapy successful. In the context of practice, the approach involves seeking the level of training of the therapist by weighing his or her competence.

Based on the experience the interviewee shared, it is obvious I will seek therapy in the future. The probability of following the path increases with increased experience the interviewee shared. It connects to what adds up to successful therapy. As divided, successful therapy describes the therapist's competence level, which influences the outcome of the plan. It involves training, something I would prefer learning in the future over an intended therapist. The approach marks a positive move that stimulates the personal urge to seek therapy in the future. Based on the experience again, where the interviewee about the explanation of the therapeutic process. It is essential to seek a therapist in the future. A therapist that would find an appropriate way and share more regarding the therapeutic approach and plan: still, I would prefer to seek a therapist in the future in the context of the experiences shared. Apart from the above-listed experiences, a point of therapist explanation where you are provided with answers in case of any questions burns my urge.

The difference in seeking medical doctor when you experience ill symptoms and difference when seeking a therapist when you feel you are mentally challenged lies in approaches. A medical doctor in the context of treatment uses medical treatment approaches; unlike a therapist, he uses a therapeutic plan. The difference exists because a doctor, in most cases, induces an immediate treatment plan, which serves to relieve pain and symptoms within the shortest period. A therapist initiates numerous-time consuming approaches to develop an active pattern that aims to improve the well-being of an individual.
