Describe slavery and servitude

Slavery is a system that applies the principle of property law to individuals by allowing induvial to own, sell and buy fellow human beings. On the other hand, Servitude is the act of being a slave or a complete subject to a supreme personality/power.

Difference between the Slave trade and human trafficking

Slave trade is the capture, acquisition and the disposal of persons upon intention to induce them to slavery through an exchange or selling them. On the other hand, human trafficking is the trade involving human for purposes of undertaking sexual slavery, commercial sexual exploitation, and forceful labor.

The state cannot derogate freedom of expression as it is the basis and fundamental right that protects the minorities from exploitation and injustice by major power brokers.
