Introduction
Employee motivation has been a challenge in the company; hence need for implementation of strategies that can help to motivate the staff, therefore improving the overall performance. For instance, various measures must be implemented that entails setting achievable goals within the company, rewarding employees on extemporary performance, encouraging specialization, creating room for problem-solving and learning, encouraging excellent communication between all levels in the organization, creation of a conducive environment to work as well as supporting teamwork in the company.
Employee motivation is essential; hence must be considered in the company for a significant reason for improving the overall results. Thus, it enables companies to achieve their goals since being in an environment without motivation can be risky and has a high chance of reducing productivity. Hence low output realized. Employee motivation creates sound leadership. It has a more significant impact on the staff team as the employees feel a sense of fulfillment and thus need to make revisions to ensure that the staff motivation is enhanced to the fullest level.

Follow up on promises made to employees
Employees are always motivated when the atmosphere of trust and consistency is created in the organization. It is through being mindful of all promises made to the employees that have a significant direct impact on the overall level of employee engagement (Korzynski, pg. 186). Thus, human resource managers need to avoid losing trust as it will mean loss of confidence for the whole organization; hence, in return for the effort and hard work executed made by an employee, then a promise must be fulfilled, for instance, regarding t learning opportunities.
Celebration of employee milestone big and small
Employees have a more significant impact on the company through their milestones, either big or small, and it's not only a big win that should be acknowledged as a celebration. All the signs create a motivating factor in their daily roles (Ritter, and Taylor, pg. 5). Apart from yearly targets, weekly goals should be set that tract people's performance every month. By celebrating milestones, either big or small, it motivates employees to work harder to achieve a specific goal once more.
Empowering problem solving and learning
It is prudent to create space for employees to solve their problems in any company. The provision of support and guidance it significant, but it's good to let employees exploit their ideas and solutions. A company should always nurture a problem-solving culture that entails keenly listening to employees' ideas and embracing their skills. Failure exists in any company, and it's through the creation of a safe environment where failure is considered a learning opportunity.
Conclusion
Companies have challenges with their employees, which tends to be hard for human resource managers to pinpoint them directly. However, it is significant to include strategies that motivate employees, hence improving the company's overall performance. For instance, creating an excellent working environment, rewarding employees, setting goals and empowering problem-solving in the company.
