I am at this moment writing to let you know that your business has caused so much noise in the last one month and the being a residential area, I find that very unfair. We appreciate your need to run business in our neighborhood, but please consider those who must put up with the loud music all night.

The noise has been here since you opened up your club, and I decided to let you know that we do not like the current situation we are in. My family and other neighbors struggle to fall asleep due to the loud music and loud voices of people at night. We all would ant a peaceful environment, especially at night, to relax and meditate, but now our nights have turned into nightmares.

I try reading through my books in the evening, but the distraction is too loud. I have been revising for my exams, but I cannot concentrate due to the noise pollution from your side. I tried taking the night supervisor, but it seems no action was taken, so I decided to write to you.

My elder sister recently delivered, and as you expect, she needs time to heal and relax. She hardly sleeps at night, and the new baby too barely sleeps due to the noise. I find that very unfair because they expected that home would be the best place to relax and be at peace, but now we are suffering hile in our own houses.

My grandparents too, who are too old, live with us, and they have complained about the same thing. The noise is o loud such that we can hardly watch a program and hear what being said on tv. We cannot regularly communicate unless one-shouts to the other. It is exhausting and disappointing as well.

I do not want to say your business rought more harm than good, but from my complaints, you can pick a complaint, or two, and relate with it. I hope you will take immediate action so that we all live comfortably without other complaints about noise.

I am sure your sound engineers are in a better position to advise you on what action you can take, so that loud music does not get to us. You may consider getting the best sound poof materials or renovating your building so that you do not cause any more disruptive noise.

I decided to contact you first through writing before forwarding my complaints to the relevant authorities. I find it easier to let you know so that you will be aware of how your neighbors feel about your business. This, however, is not a threat, but a request from one o your neighbors and I speak on behalf of my neighbors and also family.
