Step 1: Interviewing a Facilitator
Based on the need to improve the country's athletic performance, it is essential to develop ways that will aid the athletes in enhancing their performance in tournaments. One of the notable factors identified to be derailing a sportsperson's performance is the lack of professional training. It is prudent to come up with a system that will train the athletes professionally. Thus, this stage needs to identify a learning facilitator's qualities to facilitate the sportsperson during their training sessions.

Since the core reason for coming up with the coaches' facilitation training is to ensure the facilitators are equipped with the needed skills, they will help them achieve their desired goals. Thus, the individuals wishing to be part of the facilitators' team need to be subjected to various training sessions to ascertain they possess all the required skills for the tasks ahead. The interview proceeding will check whether the competing candidates meet the following requirements. If the facilitator knows the sporting activities, it can identify the existing problems and develop solutions that they can teach the coaches (Lewenson, 2020). The interview also wants to assess the facilitator candidate's capability for the people he or she is tasked to facilitate the training session. A good facilitator needs to understand the audience he or she is supposed to meet to develop skillful preparation. The preparation will ensure that the trainer is equipped with enough knowledge that the audience requires. Last, the interview will check the candidate's abilities to set the guidelines and develop the action plan needed for the successful induction process.
Step 2: Motivation Theories
The athletes need to be motivated to get their performances improved. Motivation is essential to the team because it will increase the stakeholders' commitment to the athletes (Lewenson, 2020). Also, by motivating the athletic field stakeholders, they will feel appreciated and satisfied, and they adhere to the new training techniques without hesitance. Thus, the athletes' ongoing development is a complicated process that the facilitators need to guide the current team in adjusting to the new mechanism. The quest to perform to a higher level will require individuals to work harder than the way they have been partaking in their previous sessions (Sardoc, 2020). Due to the difficulty in the training program's change, the facilitators need to identify unique methods to motivate all the people involved to meet the goal.
Step 3: Action plan
The project's action plan is essential because it will give the scheduled plan on how the project will get executed. The plan intends to ensure the whole program follows a specific procedure in accomplishing the interviewing process effectively (Savage, 2020). The interview is poised to take place at a social entire training process will take place. Thus, the following action will effectively ensure the learning and motivation plan interview is effectively done without leaving any crucial activity at bay.
