Introduction
TechFite WILL offer permanent employment and employees will be titled to full benefits unless they want to work temporarily. The policy ensures longevity and makes the organization to honor its promise to the community. The US has an entirely different system for rewarding its employees and involving the community as compared to Britain, and this creates a cultural obstacle that the company must handle.
TechFite WILL involve the community and promote leadership traits among its employees. To achieve this, it will focus on employee retention and personal growth thus making the members of the community to become proud of being part of the company.
TechFite WILL provide its employees with profit sharing enticements. The workers who work with the company for a more extended period will get more incentives. This will motivate employees to work for the organization for long and motivate them to improve their performance.
Question # A (1): Rationale Behind The Policies
The policy states that the workers will get what they require without any biasness or prejudice. With the changing economic conditions, the workers will understand the reasons behind the reduction of benefits/hours as compared to failing to provide them with any. Ensuring fairness and stability helps to support the entire community, as employee happiness determines how the community will react.
Policy eliminates the need to address the community directly and produce leaders who can positively influence the neighborhood thus improving the community. These leaders will also have a significant standing effect as compared to the TechFite policy of involving the communities directly.
The policy handles any conflict that workers may have regarding the issue of corporate heads getting bonus. Principally, the workers will understand that for them to get more pay and bonuses, they will need to move along the ladder or work with the organization for a more extended period. Intuitively, this policy will deal with employee engagement and motivation by making sure that their performance will depict itself through the profit they receive.

Ethical issues refer to moral standards founded on wrong or right human values while legal issues refer to standards founded on the documented law (De George, 1993). For example, laws may have legal consequences but not be moral in human nature.

Failing to provide workers with benefits while allocating significant amounts of bonuses to executives is viewed as an ethical issue. Intuitively, this depicts not only misappropriation of the resources but also the failure of the company care about the American perspective thus discrimination from the employee's viewpoint. The inability of TechFite to fulfill its promises to the community is considered legal unless it is possible for the community to validate the fact that they depended on the promise given. This according to Cramer (2010) is called promissory estoppel. Given that is an insolvent city, Dellberg could institute litigation against TechFite for the damages they caused to the community as they failed to make a follow up regarding the promise they made.
Question # A (4): Role Of The Ethics Officer
Ethics officer acts as the director of misconduct, complaints, misconducts, conflict of interest and accusations. He or she also offers corporate leadership and takes charge of issues related to corporate governance. More importantly, the ethics officer sits in the management committee, design surveys that assess the feelings of the employees and incorporate ethics assessing upper management and employees.

Corporate social responsibility refers to the social duties of an organization within the society they operate in (Cramer, 2010). Intuitively, the inability of TechFite to fulfill its promise to Dellberg community is regarded as a lack of social responsibility because they only considered their interest and disregarded that of the community.

The company has failed to honor its promise to the Dellberg city by not upholding and supporting local leadership initiatives. The company has not provided finances to the program and denied employees their benefits. The failure of the corporation to support its workers lowers the quality of life within the community.
Question # B (2): Course of Actions
The course of action is related to the policies stated at the start of the paper. Ensuring that workers are supported financially and the company's leadership image is instilled in them will make workers become positive leaders in the community. The economic growth of the employees implies that they will take their investments back to the community, doing the local businesses to progress. As these businesses progress, TechFite will perform even better as more people will be involved in the community thus improving living standards. When TechFite supports its community financially, and by introducing a clean environment, other businesses will copy the same thus enhancing the quality of life in the entire society.
Question # B (3): Evaluation of the Course of Action
Principally, investing in workers and demonstrating that they play essential roles in the company and the community indicates that such employees are not only obliged to the company but the community as a whole. In case TechFite makes the culture of good leadership and promotion of environmentally safe environment, Dellberg city will not only grow socially but structurally as well. Further, the ability of TechFite to demonstrate that they have a financial obligation with the members of Dellberg eradicates any ethical issues that the members of this community will have. This implies that the company will be morally responsible for its employees and the community at large.
