Some of the lifestyle changes that can affect biological changes include healthcare in the entire life, habits like alcohol consumption, smoking, along with physical exercise, and diet. Individuals with healthcare challenges may experience difficulties during the biological changes because the changes may not take place during the right time. Problems such as sicknesses affect the rate at which biological change occurs, and this may make them take place in the late phase. Drug consumption is another threat to biological changes because as the mind is altered, the individual’s characters change. In most cases, drug users may find themselves in groups that are not good, and if they fail to change, they may ruin their lives (Butler, 2010). Physical activities are essential in this stage because they facilitate in losing weight. Some of the changes that can never be changed include secondary sexual characteristics development and muscle mass acquisition.
Some of the changes one can make in life to promote healthy ageing are several, and some include exercise as well as cognition, and racial disparity along with communication. Exercise includes intellectual engagement, physical activity, aspects of diet, and social interaction. In physical health as well as cognitive health, more exercise is the path to healthy ageing. Positive effects of exercise encompass enhanced synaptogenesis, increases in neurotrophies, enhanced angiogenesis, a decline of meta amyloid protein, increased production of different neurotransmitters, as well as enhanced learning along with memory (Butler, 2010). People use information technology to gain the right tools as well as information to promote healthy ageing. The rising yearning to age generates a budding home health care segment. In the case of chronic disease prevalence, the care can be provided by community members, family members, as well as other health care workers away from health care settings or hospitals. These changes will have various effects in life, and these may include enhanced health, and the body will be free from disease. Some of the changes are time-consuming, but in future, they will have benefits (Butler, 2010). A suitable balanced diet helps in the growth of body cells hence helping them to fight various diseases.
Biological changes are essential to every individual as well as a vital stage. It is a stage that can never be skipped and, in some instances, it may take place at late adolescence stage due to lifestyle changes. Challenges such as sicknesses affect the rate at which biological change occurs, and this may make them take place in the late phase. Drug consumption is another threat to biological changes because as the mind is altered, the individual’s characters change. Due to this, every individual must be keen on this stage for the sake of the future.
