Introduction

American minority groups in these case-based American are Greeks. Minority group are protected and has significance in life that is practiced daily; minorities groups have their right which is embodied and protected in human liberty. Greeks are the largest minority groups in Albania, there is no specific official number of these ethnic groups to date, but during census which was done in 1989, the total number of Greeks were 58758 although other estimates put a higher number. Due to its size number, the issue has been very contentious according to account history many claims to have been originated from the Greek population which settled in the southern part of Albania. It was during the pre-Christian era perhaps others are claiming that they moved later, but these are impossible to tell the accuracy of migration, although there must be some element of truth (Dalachanis, Angelos 67).

When Greeks migrated, they had to be assimilated by the original inhabitants. Therefore, there was an infusion of their own culture to that of the real inhabitant. Also, due to assimilation, these occurred when the interwar was practiced after employment of assimilation policies that were practiced the government took action and closed Greeks schools which were used by only Greeks. Moreover, all discriminatory measures against monasteries Greek Orthodox, when the communist took over the power a sizeable number of Greeks were appointed to the higher rank or position in Government, the communist government were not too interested in discrimination and on all groups of religion and ethical grounds. According to the line of the campaign in churches, it depicted against Greek minority (Dalachanis, Angelos 76).

In 1990 after the initiation of reforms, churches of Greeks were re-opened. Political parties and pressure groups were the ones who insisted on the promotion of human rights in Greeks. In 1991 January it was founded and took active role securing the return of the property, it was difficult, but the absence of trained clergy led to firm reliance amongst priest comes from Greece, the spread of Greek language and their education was also mostly expanded and diglot education was allowed in eight first grades of primary school. Nevertheless, havoc remained after Greeks winning five seats in the parliamentary election of the March 1991; OMONIA got banned after a violation of law which forbids parties formed in ethnical lines, regional basis or religion. Notably, democracy was born, literature, drama, western philosophy, and historiography, it's also a central scientific hub, medicine, linguistics, physics, contribution to mathematics and many other fields, to date Greek literature, theatre is still active, despite being not used well outside their country.

Religion is also very phenomenon aspects of culture in Greek, its important component of everybody life even to those whom they don't strictly adhere to religion and its regulations, important religious events in Christianity, for example, Christmas and Easter were considered as a broad and most important day for a holiday in Greece. Example of a day like Easter most faithful undergoes several events like fasting for 50-60 days religiously fasting. The holy week was mostly adhered to in celebration; these were presided by Easter a day of feasting with the spit of roasted lamb and accompanied by several traditional meals which were shared with the all family at large. Religious backgrounds play a very significant role in day to day life like presiding over like baptisms, attending weddings and lastly, in funerals, they do all events infarct to those of younger generation whom they don't usually attend church services (Erol, Merih 99).

Importance of the values of the family was very vital to the people of Greece apart from being the core value of society. It's also essential, a simple unit such as family plays a more significant role in a lot of life aspects, frequently family members got involved in many ways in need to every each other lives in most ways perceived by outsiders as intrusive. Members of the family usually seek helps such as financial and offer emotional support, the one for help was mutually accepted since it often happens to each other and in a reciprocal way. They also support nepotism in employment as in a view that employing one in a company or in any institution which can offer financial support for ones living was seen as a helping family member and extension of family's help to another level (Tsitselikes, Konstantinos 121).

Greeks had a laid foundation for being hospitable and their good attitudes; they had two elements that were crucial in understanding their proper etiquette and their customs. For example the first time meeting someone was customary, and it was either introduce him or mention your name, shaking hand was mostly valued also when continuity goes on by even embracing kiss on each other on their cheeks and so forth.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Greek people ambush by asking questions tend to be too personal, they are simple in approaching and making new friendship ties. Greeks like making fun and by even asking foreigners their home of origin and also their experience encounters in Greece country. During meal time, universal table manners were not that specific, a lot of discussions occur since it happens to be time to be close to each member and socialize.
