Recommendations

The National Bank of Kuwait has the weakest website, and that means that it needs recommendations on how it can be able to improve and to serve the customers as per the needs of the banking and finance industry. The primary target of the website is anyone who would want to get the services of the company from any location without having to visit the offices physically. In that case, the website is supposed to be designed in such a way that it provides the banking tabs that facilitated the sending of money from one account to the other, withdrawal of money, opening of savings account and also provision of how people can be able to register themselves as members of the bank.

The National Bank of Kuwait has the intention of providing people with educational products so that they can be able to understand some of its objectives especially when looked from the perspective of the website. The best method to use to be able to capture the attention of the consumers is first to take part in an intensive advertisement of the product. The adverts are supposed to be done via its website and also via social media platforms that are accessed by some people. The free educational product will, therefore, be brought to the market by partnering with the already established educational institutions and banking websites that are already stable. Also, the product can also be delivered to the market by using the right sales managers and improve the website so that it can provide a section where people can register for it.
