Report One
This is a report on research that was carried on to explain the productivity of the company's employees, depending on their level of happiness. According to various investigations that were carried out, levels of happiness in employees rely on the type of offices they find themselves in. Following the 2013 findings by Human Resource Director Simon Noah, it is good to improve offices so that workers will feel happy and motivated to work for the company. Moreover, several research works show that motivated and happy employees are more productive and are willingly supportive of changes aimed at developing their companies. The study was based on employees' survey where the size of offices, the number of parking spaces, new commoners, and the quality of food in the company's cafeteria were evaluated. Researchers believed that these were the main areas that required improvement to make workers happier in their areas of work.
Findings and Analysis
The employee survey in Chart One takes into consideration the size of offices, the number of parking spaces, new computers, and the quality of food in the company's cafeteria. Fifty-six per cent of the participants involved preferred expansion of offices to bigger rooms. Thirty- four per cent of the participants saw it necessary to increase the number of parking spaces. Seven per cent preferred improvement in the quality of food in the company's cafeteria to other areas. Only three per cent recommended for new computers. The company's majority population of workers were older people who wanted to have space so that they could move easily. The majority of the company's employees have cars hence wanted to have a place where they could park them. The three per cent presented the young workers who felt that it was necessary to incorporate new technology in the company for maximum productivity.
After the survey, the company decided to allocate $63,000 to cater for the improvements. However, from the investigation, the allocated money could not meet the pressing issues that were raised during the survey process. From the survey results, $90,000 was to be allocated for the renovation of offices to bigger offices. $50,000 was to be allocated for more parking spaces, $10,000 was to be set aside for better cafeteria food, and $30,000 was to be set aside for the installation of new computers.
Recommendations
The working environment should comprise of enabling surroundings, which makes employees motivated and more productive. Workers should be given tools that they need so that they can find it more comfortable and more attractive in accomplishing their tasks in time. Apart from the provision of significant and better offices for these workers, some money should be set aside for workers to learn new technologies, which will improve their overall efficiency and productivity.
The funds allocated should cater for the installation of modern machines with modern techniques so that workers will be encouraged to accomplish their tasks efficiently. Extensive training should be carried out to ensure that workers have mastered the art of using new technologies, which improves the overall productivity of the company. Employees are the key resources for any company wishing to prosper. Workers should be taken care of since they are directly involved in the day-to-day activities of that company.

Successful colleges have mastered the art of keeping their students motivated and engaged for better academic excellence. Therefore, the college should expand recreational and sporting facilities so that its students can enjoy their leisure time which improves their excellence in the academics. Colleges that have big social amenities attract many students as compared to those colleges lacked the necessary facilities for academic excellence by allocating enough money for these developments. The school administration will be successful in achieving student's goals for academic excellence.
