The research authors were interested in using these nurses to assess the level of one leadership style. The research was interested in applying transformational leadership to achieve quality leadership. The study hypothesized that transformational leadership helps improve and make quality care by providing junior nurses with freedom and organizational commitment. The quantitative research carried out proved that the transformational leadership style contributes significantly to supervisor support in the workplace. The supervisor at the workplace uses transformational leadership skills to act as a mediator. For this reason, the transformational leadership style in nursing can help achieve job satisfaction and quality patient care. The study chose a quantitative analysis so that they could reach a vast number of nurses from all the critical quarters. Using nurses from all hospital ownerships, including private, public, and religious, gives the study just the required amounts in terms of reliability and validity (Lin et al., 2015). Besides, the use of a questionnaire by the researchers contributed significantly to research validity by helping to keep the nurse participants as anonymous as possible. Concerning evaluation, the study is helpful to nursing in that it suggests how transformation leadership as a style will help achieve patient's quality care. Transformational leadership style demonstrates to nursing leaders how a great relationship with junior workers has essential consequences to organizational health care.

The hypothesis of the study was to investigate the relationship between leadership styles and psychological effects on nurses. The research determined that transactional and transformational leadership styles have an impact on nurses. The two types of leadership reduce nursing stress and thereby increasing the quality of care given to patients. Concerning the topic, transactional and transformational leadership styles are the best, managers can use them to motivate nurses within the hospital workplace. The two leadership styles have been tested and verified for helping nurses provide quality care in hospitals. Of the three leadership styles assessed, the Laissez-Faire leadership style remained analyzed to be the one that leads to a lot of nurse job stress and anticipated nursing turn over. In the same parallel, the article exploited a cross-sectional correlation study among governmental institutions. Correlational research ensures the assessment of more than one hospital setting. The analysis was also done in more than one institution making the research valid due to a considerable number of sample support (Pishgooie et al., 2019). To nursing and nursing leadership emphasizing a clear expression of value, objectives, and mission of the organization should be noted to nurses as a way of raising the nurses' confidence towards their work. Nurses who are optimistic about their future tend to give the best care to the patient's support (Pishgooie et al., 2019).

Cummings, G. G., Tate, K., Lee, S., Wong, C. A., Paananen, T., Micaroni, S. P., & Chatterjee, G. E. (2018). Leadership styles and outcome patterns for the nursing workforce and work environment: A systematic review. International Journal of Nursing Studies, 85, 19-60.

This article analyzes each of the nursing work environments against different leadership styles. It explains how different nursing leadership styles apply to diverse nursing environments. This systematic review study finds out ways in which different nursing leadership styles affect the kind of workforce environment that nurses have. In the study, relational leadership styles were applied to a group of nurses across selected health care facilities. The hypothesis of the study was to determine the extent relational leadership styles affect the nursing workforce environment, which in turn affects nurses' provision of patient's quality care. As a systematic review study, the use of an electronic database made the search more accessible and more accurate. The study effectively used content analysis as a way of analyzing collected data. Content analysis for a systematic study review ensures that each of the six categories was carefully examined (Cummings et al., 2018). The six categories, which were analyzed improved the validity of the article. The six types include nursing staff satisfaction, nursing staff relationship, nursing staff health, nursing staff productivity, nursing staff environment, and nursing staff effectiveness on providing quality care. A comprehensive evaluation would be a nursing manager providing strong support for the employment of relational leadership styles in health care facilities to help promote a positive workforce environment for nurses (Cummings et al., 2018). For nursing as a profession, the task-completion leadership style was insufficient to achieve a proper workforce environment. However, individual productivity on patient quality care can be achieved by applying relational leadership styles that relate to organizational outcomes.

In conclusion, the three articles above analyze leadership styles that can be applied to nursing as a profession to improve the kind of care that patient receives. Additionally, each of the articles warns against leadership styles that are likely to affect nurses from the provision of quality health care. Deriving conclusions from the three reports contributes to nursing and leadership styles that can be applied by nursing managers in charge of health care facilities.
