Initially, I always thought that love was for the weak and all people talked about were fairy tales that were mostly found in Disney movies and storybooks. Well, I always thought that the whole idea of a fairy love story was cliche until I met her. She was the sweetest person, kind at heart, five feet two inches, blonde hair, and most of all, the cutest smile that accentuated her beauty in a way that I found myself having difficulty looking away. Indeed, I was certain that such beauty was not meant for me, but I said to myself that she is the type of woman I would love to spend my life with. Well, to cut the story short, she is my fiance, and the changes she has brought to my life have brought joy to my heart and have made me the happiest man in the world if I should say so.

I have a huge admiration for her not just as my spouse, but as an individual. She has particular attributes that make her the sort of woman anyone would want to emulate in life. Particularly, I admire her drive. She is a driven woman who will not sit back until she achieves that which she wants to attain in life. I have witnessed this first hand, for instance, as we speak, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in psychology because she has a goal she wants to attain in life and nothing can mess with her focus. One might conclude that the fact that she is doing a Ph.D., especially at her young age of 27 means she did not encounter problems in her educational pursuit. However, it was really difficult because while pursuing her Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), she gave birth to our son, Jaden. I do not need to explain how difficult it is to be at school while nursing a child at the same time. This is one fine example of her drive and desire to achieve what she has set out to do. She also engages me, especially where I seem to lose focus on my activities and need encouragement. She has taught me to have courage in myself especially when dealing with doubt in the completion of tasks on time.

She is also a very loving individual who cares and shows concern not just for herself or her family, but to anyone who is in need. She has always reminded me time and again the need to always have something to contribute for the less fortunate and needy in society. As such, we always set aside some money every month plus food and clothes that we donate to charitable organizations. She has embedded in me a heart for others. Other than that, she is always actively involved in volunteer activities in the community that focus on helping the needy and those affected in society. At first, I always felt that she was pretending to care, but I now know it is from the heart and I admire her a lot because of this. Another reason I like this is that Jaden, our son, has grown up learning the importance of helping those in need because of his mother.

She is also a very respectful individual who not only shows respect to others but commands respect even at her young age. She has achieved in life, especially in education what a few have achieved. As such, she is constantly involved in seminars that are meant to encourage people to pursue education. Many people are fond of her and respect her equally. Indeed, I have attended a particular session where she was speaking, and I heard someone say that she likes my spouse and would love to emulate her even as she goes through life. Other than that, she is respectful to everyone, particularly me her spouse and treats me as a wife should treat her husband. I am always in awe of her, and I respect her and her achievements. Considering that she puts off her career shoes and wears her wife shoes at home, doing the duties she is required to do without complaints makes me admire and respect her even more.

Another attribute that I admire about my spouse is her spirituality. We are both Christians, and we consider spirituality to be an important trait in the life of an individual. One's level of spirituality shows his/her consideration of God and Christianity in general. Particularly, she has affected my life and that of my son positively because of her spirituality. For instance, her prayerful nature has been reflected on my son who cannot undertake any task without first praying. I myself, have found that I have increased the amount of time I spend on prayer and reading the bible because of my spouse. I admire her faith in God, and it has made me a more spiritual person. We attend church every Sunday which has become a new rule in the house.

Finally, I admire how everyone I know loves her. Particularly, my parents love her dearly as a daughter because she is loveable and she lives well with everyone. This is also because she is a simple woman without issues or drama and she makes everyone she encounters comfortable. I cannot point to anyone in particular who considers her to be her enemy, and I have never heard her say that someone is an enemy. Living well with everyone is a huge attribute that has endeared me to her. My friends are all fond of her which is a new thing because initially, they usually had problems with my girlfriends who they considered snobbish.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I would never want to meet another person because my spouse fulfills me in all areas. My life has changed for the better because of her, and I am grateful that she is in my life. I believe that she rescued me from myself because before meeting her, I was heading towards a dark spiral especially because life at the time was difficult for me. I am also happy because my son will grow up with a good mother who will teach him good aspects about life and he will grow up to be a responsible adult in the future. I consider her to be the strength and backbone of the family and I cannot imagine life without her in it. I have not spoken about her unbelievable beauty, well, that is a story for another day.
