Introduction
The mobile phone is a technology which has evolved from using rotary landlines. This technology has revolutionized modern society thus bring various changes. People have accepted the usage of this technology since it has helped in the expression and sharing of information through messages and mobile calls. Communication all over the globe has been made faster thus making it cheaper and effective.the use of mobile phones has led to an increment in the immorality rate among the young people. The immorality rates have increased due to the use of the internet which is present in the smart mobile phones. The young individuals and adults are using this platform to watch programs which affect their livelihoods and affect their moral values.
The cellphones have replaced the landlines due to their smaller size and the high portability. People can move all over and around the countries and the globe without fear of losing service as it was in the usage of landlines. Also, the usage of mobile phones has helped people to access the internet freely; hence they can acquire information which is helpful to them. The internet which is accessed through the smartphones helps the students in carrying out research thus obtaining knowledge which will help them in their learning process. The mobile phones have aided communication where people can get in touch with each other through the dissemination of information. Through interaction, these gadgets can be of help during the emergency as the affected can call for help anytime (Wang et al. 58-69). Therefore, the evolution of mobile phones from the landlines has brought tremendous and positive change to society.
Despite the pros which the mobile phones possess they have various disadvantages which affect their effectiveness. The cell phones have led to an increment in the rate of cheating among the students while they are undertaking exams. Through the internet, the learners can google answers thus making them face severe consequences whenever the administration catches them. Also, the high level of E-wastes is causing the damage and the upgrades of mobile phones obsolete every year (Wang et al. 58-69). The lead and lithium-ion which are used in the batteries are at the risk of explosion whenever they are exposed to high temperatures.
The usage of the mobile phone within the years to come will have revolutionized since some application will be used in the cell phones to make it more effective. The cost of these cells phone will go down because of the competition in the market. In the next few years, the number of users will increase since the prices of these gadgets will have gone down. The advance in the batteries located in the smartphones would help to make storage of power more efficient. The batteries are becoming inbuilt in the smartphones making them not to be removed by the end users. In the next ten years, the smartphones will have the supercapacitors which will act as a buffer between the electronics and batteries thus increasing the batteries life. Also, the rate of immorality will increase due to greater accessibility of the smartphones which are linked to the internet services (Park and Jang 296-303). The young adults will get affected due to increased cheating during exams and watching of the pornographic materials which are uploaded in the internet sites.
The vision will be achieved through the development of strategies which would favor the research being conducted about the batteries and power. Policies which support the research institutions and ensure there is the provision of funds to these institutions will propagate the development of supercapacitors. The prices of mobile phones need to be reduced so that every individual will have access to these gadgets (Erickson et al. 3159-3164). The accessibility of mobile phones by every individual will aid in faster and effective communication thus making them be in touch with their friends and other family members.
Therefore, the development of this technology and improvement of the batteries will help in reduction of E-wastes which affected flora and fauna in the ecosystem. The supercapacitors will make these gadgets to have a longer shelf life thus minimizing environmental pollution through wastage. Therefore, teaching young adults proper usage of these gadgets will reduce immorality in society.
