The role of the media is to promote social learning, which in this case, observation from television and media viewing, covers more than 80 percent of the learning process (Mcleod, 2016). According to the social cognitive theory, psychological behavior has a determination by the input of expanded social learning. According to Bandura, the founder of this theory, human identity is created more superior to the kind of education and opportunities they have exposure to (Mcleod, 2016). Through exposure to media and television watching, logical and analytical thinking improves in that individuals profound of this viewing develop a cognitive behavior of improved logic nature in the voicing of their problems. Besides, the psychological aspect of interaction improves through television views, and this can have a basis on the cognitive improvement of behavior (Mcleod, 2016). Plots and strategic education is obtained only by individuals with better cognitively in understanding. The theory of cognitive relates the human agencies like media viewing as a parameter of self-development, self-regulatory, and self-reflection to be a proactive individual (Mcleod, 2016). The social capability evolves from media viewing and which from the theory has advanced neutral systems on personal knowledge and symbolizing capability.

Reciprocal Determinism Theory

The three aspects of this theory can be related to the plosive influence of television and media viewing aspects of personal integration and character development physically and psychologically. The model of the theory's behavioral component can be applied in expressing how television and media control the behavior of personalities through the identification of personal likes and dislikes (Cherry, 2018). External stimulus is regarded as a social observance that directs the urge for media viewing in the modern world. Therefore, the inspiration of individuals in their careers and hobbies is drained from television and media interactions. Secondly, the individual component of the theory links to viewing as an essential factor in the intertwining own desire and deeds at a personal and social level (Cherry, 2018). Media and tv advocates for interpersonal and intrapersonal relation betterment. Television addictiveness can be viewed as a source of personal settlement and a way of consolidating solving of internal conflict (Cherry, 2018). More so, the family relation and friendship are bonded more through the sharing of television programs and followership of online media views. Thirdly, the environmental component has a link to the influence of media and television views in that for basic settings, human nature tends to have a dull moment in which the media and television programs diminish. The theory combines that lack of exercise and the non-availability of other recreational sources tend to influence human attraction to television and media viewing.

Behavior Modeling Theory

In close relationship to this theory is the modeling concept, which dictates that imitation occurs from a personal perspective to personal behavior. The legendary of media heroes is a source of the individual like to the television and media viewing because these public figures give a better dimension of admired status, which attract persons to watching them (Albert, 2018). According to the theory intercalation of behavior buildup, the modeling is much simpler with role-models, and this bases the reason for television and media personality influence to watching (Albert, 2018). Gradually the person's desire setting gives persons a preference influence through identification and motivation by other humanity characters from the television and media programs.

General conclusion and guidance can be made that television and media viewing has a tremendous positive impact on human lives. Therefore, the excellent work done by psychologist professionals in the three theories is a depiction of the best mode of personality influence towards the media and television. From the findings of reasons and models of influence, individuals and social groups are recommended to emulate their identity, which will determine their behavior and influence toward their success sources, including television and media viewing.
