The company also struggles to ensure a strong and reliable financial performance for its stakeholders. The company offers marketing services, resident management, financial management, maintenance, resident services, and compliance services. They are also concerned with environmental conservation, and this is why they have the green development initiative that aims at reducing pollution and destruction of the environment.
The Conceptual Model: Challenges and Benefits
The conceptual model refers to the composition of concepts that are used in an organization to help people know and understand the projects they undertake. The model used in the Columbus Property Management is the Levitt's Diamond approach to change. The main aim of the program is to help the stakeholders in the company to understand how to manage the environment and to ensure that all activities undertaken by the company are in line with the international environmental conservation rules and expectations. The benefit of using Leavitt's Diamond model is that it is easy to understand for all stakeholders, and it meets the required criteria. The challenges are that it requires a lot of resources to implement, and the stakeholders must understand it well before it is implemented. The model is divided into four components; people, tasks, structure, and technology (Blumberg, Cater-Steel, Rajaeian, & Soar, 2019). In this component, the company will involve the employees in changing the tasks undertaken, changing the processes and how they are followed, and ensuring there is a seamless transfer of information among the stakeholders.
The second component tasks and this involves making changes to the manpower to achieve certain tasks. For example, changing the technology that the company uses intending to improve conservation will help achieve the goals of the organization. However, it requires the tasks to be changed as well. The other one is the structure, and it refers to the hierarchical structure, communication, and coordination among different management levels. The new initiative is aimed at changing the structure in favor of better management of resources to ensure better conservation of the environment. All real estate activities are expected to follow the new structure and prevent the destruction of the green environment. Computerization of the tasks will also help achieve better communication and increase the efficiency of the organization. The last component is a technology, and it refers to the barcodes, computers, networks, and other aspects of the network that help the company achieve its goals (Blumberg, Cater-Steel, Rajaeian, & Soar, 2019). It can be implemented by inducing changes from the top management down to the lower-level managers and supervisors.

The logic model is used to analyze the way the company will utilize its resources to achieve the desired goal. In this case, the model will be applied to determine how the company will distribute its resources. The inputs to the program will include the volunteers, program organizers, and donations from stakeholders, funds from the company, event organizers, and equipment. The strategic activities will consist of team building sessions, lessons about environmental control, camps based on how to reduce pollution during the normal work of the company, and teaching sessions whereby the company employees will be educated on the preservation procedures. The outputs expected from the programs will include better water, soil, and air conservation measures and increased concern for a better environment. In the short term, it is expected that the employees will have increased care for the water used in the apartments and will educate the people around them about it. The intermediate outputs will include improved operations and communication for the next few weeks, and the company's sales are expected to increase. The long-term outcomes will be improved water policies and better usage of the natural resources in the operations of the company. The logic model is effective in changing the mindset and behavior of the stakeholders (Hawkins, Clinton-Sherrod, Irvin, Hart, & Russell, 2009). In Columbus Property Management, the use of the model increases chances for a better performance of the stakeholders in the future.
Analysis
The conceptual model will include the application of different efforts that will encourage better working conditions, increased concern for the environment, and an improved view of the way the environment works. For example, all of the activities that are undertaken using water and wood will be reduced to the basics, and there will be no wastages. The conceptual model will be effective in communicating the goals and intentions of the logic model and the application of the Leavitt Diamond model. Most of the companies that are involved in real estate management are required to guide their stakeholders on how to maintain a high conservation rate for their resources. In the Columbus Property Management work, the stakeholders will be involved in the application of the model to reduce any possible resistance to the changes implemented. Task groups can be created via online platforms to ensure the ideas of the program are shared widely (Jacinto & Hong, 2011). The duties of the program will be distributed fairly t ensure the participation of all stakeholders. According to Kleinmuntz (2011), the stakeholders should be taught on how to become team workers through shared duties and responsibilities.

Columbus Property Management is a company that deals with real estate matters, and it also offers marketing and compliance services. In the recent past, many companies have increased their concern for the environment, and this means they have changed their mode of operations in favor of the green environment. With the use of a logic model, the company can implement and plan its operations that will favor environmental conservation. The analysis of the stakeholders and the long term and short-term goals of the company are used to determine how the company can use the logic and Diamond Levitt's models effectively. All roles are distributed among the top-level and lower-level management and other stakeholders. The success of the programs suggested above is based on the effectiveness of the policies applied. The analysis above indicates that in a company with many activities, funding, and planning of the company's activities is an effective way of ensuring that the model succeeds. Poor planning increases the failure and ineffectiveness of the logic model and the conceptual models used.
