Introduction
Isabel Allende is obsessed with the magical realism in the story Two Words. With a lot of theatre work, there is a very talky person who wears what looks like clothes and also loves the theatre that could not be something else rather than TV.
Having lived in drought for years, Belisa has adapted to hunger and suffering. She knew she had to escape the dearth that could exhaust human and natural resources. She has no time to help people in need since she is determined to survive and also find a better place for herself. Belisa is seen as courageous as she could stand before colonel and give him magic words to use during the election.
Allende raises the zealous of men towards women with the desire to devour them sexually. Also, the magical realist work brings out the controversy of the woman military. Maria believed to be in love makes a living legend. The legendary context created around her creates the controversy on the moral and human values. As a result, the idea of Belisa Crepusculario character of the magical realism is conveyed. Although she is born poor, she has twilight beauty.
