There once existed a King in the Kingdom of Bujabevu, who loved a young girl. The King was ready for marriage, since he always wanted a family, and most specifically, a son, who would take over his kingdom when he died eventually. After going steady with a majority of girls from the Kingdom, he came across this beautiful young girl, Lexa, who was at her mid-twenties. The girl was not ready for marriage, but the King insisted on marrying her, claiming that it was meant for her to become his wife. Due to the obedience that the King is offered in most Kingdoms, inclusive of the Bujabevu kingdom, Lexa had no option but to give in to the marriage proposal of the King.

Year after year, hate and a majority of conflicts arose in the marriage due to the unavailability of Lexa, to the King, both physically and emotionally. Lexa did not play the role a wife is supposed to play in marriage simply because she was forced into marriage to a person she did not like, nor love. The King always tried appeasing her, but she was always downplaying all the efforts the King applied. Conflict arose between the two in a majority of times where the King is even reported to have abused her physically. This portrayed a bad image to the public, the people who the King led. In addition, children were conceived as a result of the marriage and went under a lot of emotional stress and depression, due to what they were witnessing at their home. Lexa could sometimes get angry at the King, then go to the children and insult them in the name of their father, which was very wrong, to begin with. Conflicts arose between Lexa and her children eventually.

In learning of the mistakes that Lexa was performing in her family, the people of the Kingdom of Bujabevu hated her, and even unnecessary conflicts rose which saw Lexa being stolen her business assets, getting spat on, among other issues she faced from the citizens of the Kingdom. She had even gotten despised by the King and her kids, and she decided even to quit her marriage at some point, to go back to the life she had when she was unmarried. After consultations, she decided to end her marriage and visited the traditional people who were responsible for marriage unions in the Kingdom. Before, she went on with her plan, she got the saddening news that her child had died of depression, as the traditional sorcerers had diagnosed. It was at this moment she realized that in marrying the King, she had accepted an eternal role of serving him and the children that were to be conceived of that marriage.

Conclusion

She, therefore, went back and decided to solve her conflicts with her husband, who was not ready for such, as the King blamed her for their child's death. After several persuasive trials to the King, the couple decided to attend a family life education program which was traditionally offered at the Kingdom. The sessions under this programme, made them realize the importance of them being there for the needs of each other, which in total improves the well-being of the family. This, in turn, had positive impacts on the children reducing chances of depression in the kids.
