What will the scenario be? The new language learning in the school setting is a challenge and need a procedural way of learning. The junior level of students tends to grasp the new changes in the school (Levstik, 2018). More frequently, the senior in the school tend to resists. In speaking and the plans set up in learning a new language in school. Being the big question is "how to fully implement effective learning new learning in a school set up?"

my topic of address today is the leaning new language in schools, the advantages of the learn, and its disadvantages. My first main points are the history behind learning a new language in schools. There have been many scholars that have scrutinize. The study of learning new languages in school and historical there are sequential of the discoveries on this topic of discussion (Logan et al., 2019). Generally, the teaching and learning a new language in school is a primarily applied linguistics. Learning categories certified are communication and competencies in the language, proficiencies of the linguistic, cross-cultural experience of the language speaking, and the literacies multiple in learning languages.
The need to learn a foreign language and the new language is as old as history in itself. Many centuries ago, Latin was the domanial language in school learning set up. Later was displaced for many purposes with English, French, and Italian in the 16th century. Comenius, in his work of language acquisition, elaborated the systematic go about learning a new language in school. In the 18th century, there were grammatical translation methods in the and the studying of the grammatical rules and the abstract sentence translation. In the 19th to 20th centuries, the article with Henry Sweet on applied linguistics gave the necessities of the evaluation of learning new languages in school to speed international interaction.in the 21st century with the language of education learning became part of the education curriculum in the whole world. The outline in the learning new languages has been tested to work in planning clear approach principles, the structural view, the functional view, and the interactive view with a method of planning too bright on language learning.
Now that we have a grasp on the background and the history of learning a new language in school, we are heading to the second point of the advantage of the conceptual need to learn a new language in school discussion.
Advantages
My second main point is the scrutiny of the examination of the advantages of learning new languages in school. In the globalization mobility and international studies learning a new language is an excellent benefit. Not only does it help in traveling but also an anonymous advantage in education (Hodges & Matthews, 2020). Acquiring a new language enables various development of the thought's abilities at all ages.
Boosts brainpower is an advantage in the diversification of language learning. The cognitive thoughts occupying the brain, and learning new languages help our brain to cope with modern complexity and make sense in the absorption of the new patterns. Critical thinking and functional problem-solving skill is the duly advantage of learning a new language.
Learning a new language improves memory. The diversification of languages and the ordinary learning skill and vocabularies give the brain gym (Forey & Cheung, 2019). The student's multilingual have braid broadening and exercise on quick recall figures, facts, and thought direction.
It is enhancing the ability to multitask. Being a stressful oriented and according to the study analysis from Pennsylvania state university, the multilingual students grow in the skillful acquisition of the ability in language multitasking and the brain broadening. Moreover, it enhances the brain sharpening, as of the study from the Spain's University of Pompeu Fabra expounded the comparison of monolingual and the multilingual and edge difference was seen in the brain accuracy to be multilingual (Hopp et al., 2019). Furthermore, it keeps a sharper mind longer than enough and enhancing making good decisions. In a more expounded case, the first language is improved.
With the understand the point of the advantages in the topic of needs for learning new languages in school, there are apparent possible reasons that every advantageous and merits upholding comes along with the demerits of the ideally topic of consideration.
Disadvantage
On the other hand, my last main point is the disadvantage of learning a new language in schools. The difficulty of learning the second language for the students in elementary school and higher-level education find it challenging (Neuman et al., 2018). The difficult grammar mastering, the different tonal variation, the alphabetical differences, and the hardness in learning new vocabulary is not easy. Moreover, the opportunity cost of learning a foreign language is expensive. Set up resources should be budgeted for the learning and research on a new language. The expenses on money, commitment efforts, and the time resources that are limited make it dearly expensive.
Furthermore, the usefulness of the foreign language and learning a new language is a disadvantage of the students. Those that do not travel learn in international set up (Rahman, 2016). Language diversification can be useless to students that do not get a chance to unlock and explore the potential of the skill.

In conclusion, today, I discussed the topic of the need to learn new languages in schools.
Summary: there are three main procedural points that I have discussed and focused on the boy of my speech. First, I provided the background and the historical overview behind the mumbling need for learning a new language in school. My second point examines the pros and advantages of learning a new language in a school setup. Finally, I concluded with my third point of discussion, looking upon the possible disadvantages associated with learning a new language in school.
The learning of the new language in school has been dynamic, and in the modern world communication internationally helps in creating cohesiveness and making the advantageous importance on learning new languages in school. The school needs to emphasize the learning of new languages at a junior stage of the education system to help grow and mature student on the divest language background. However, the setup of specialization of languishing in advance higher learning is necessary.
