After reading the contents of the article, I was then able to learn a lot about the mechanism that surrounds sleeplessness as it affects sex life in individuals, including the reduced levels of testosterone and libido that then leads to erectile dysfunction in men as well as arousal problems in women. Then, I absorbed with satisfaction the ways of reducing the effects of sleeplessness on sex life, including the practice of good sleep hygiene, setting up a bedtime routine, as well as practicing mindfulness about sex.
The topic relates to human sexuality, as observed in its incorporation of associated concepts. One of them is the concept of sexuality. It can be observed that the topic deals with how the lack of enough sleep adversely affects sex life.
