Joining the OCS and becoming an Army Warrant Officer has been one of my essential goals in life. From an early age, my socialization has occurred in a society full of service members. I grew up outside Fort Bragg. For instance, my grandfather served in the 3rd infantry regiment for several years. He attributed his behavior, integrity, and excellence in life to time spent in the military. I would be proud to continue this legacy by serving as an n officer in the army and. Besides, I would like to inspire other people in the community to join and work in the US Army. Therefore, I am hopeful that this opportunity will mark the beginning of my journey to achieving a crucial life goal.

Besides drawing inspiration from previous generations that have served in the military, I have developed a great interest in aviation. My brother, a fixed-wing flight instructor, and a contract pilot encouraged me to pursue my interest. As a result, I took the initiative and enrolled in aviation studies and attained a variety of skills in general aviation. I have also completed a total time of 40.7 hours in a helicopter (1.8Solo/38.9Dual) successfully. My commitment to learn new skills and improve in other areas is proof of my dedication to work hard and become a better team member. Also, my self-determination to excel in my undertakings and projects empowers me to challenge myself and pursue growth.

Over the years, I have served in different positions that have exposed me to the dynamics of being a leader and working with others to achieve particular objectives. Roles such as customer service representative and a dispatcher have provided insight into the value of effective communication in an organization. I have also worked as a Flight Officer for Virginia Airborne Search and Rescue, where I assisted in Operation of the VASAR helicopter by providing communications between ground support and local authorities as well as navigation for the helicopter pilot. While interacting with my supervisors, clients, and other professionals, I learned how to relay information in a reliable and timely manner to avoid misinterpretation and confusion. I believe that traits such as professionalism, integrity, as well as my leadership capability, will allow me to impact the lives of fellow participants in the Warrant Officer Program. Since I am a firm believer in serving others, I also hope to help in providing purpose and guidance to my peers.

I strongly desire to become an officer in the army and continue serving my nation as a service member. I am aware that this opportunity comes with great responsibility. I am prepared to handle the tasks and complete the program. I am eager to exploit my potential, utilize my strengths, and challenge myself to become a better individual. I believe that I am up to the job and will contribute to the progress of the institution that produces excellent officer candidates. I also hope to gain skills that will enable me to perform my duties diligently. Thus, I look forward to the honor of joining the United States Army Warrant Officer program. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Sincerely
