In the year 2006, 81% of the women, both Africans, and Americans between the ages of 18-24 held the high school certificate while that in the African American men is 72% (Kara, and Kathleen Dolan485-494). Contrastingly, the more significant gap realized between the men and female in the society about education attainment 'widens the scope of the division to the racial and ethical concern and thus it is recognized as a significant social issue. Also, the educational outcome primarily focuses on the motivational aspect both genders receive upon attaining the full experience. The kind of motivation derived from the nature of education has a prospect on the number of both male and the female gender. It is essential to identify that in the name of boys in Africa effectively engaged in severe academic recognition as appose to the girls who seem highly motivated. Imperatively the nature of motivation and the level of stereotype experienced pertaining education tends to affect the perception of the entire society to perceiving the male as weak in response to the academic performance.

For instance, the girls who are informed about the innate ability of the male in the community to perform specific tasks, for example, it is perceived that boys are good at mathematics as opposed to their counterpart's girls in the same environment. This societal perception that there are some specific roles which aligned to either the girls or boys in the society subject the individuals to like or dislike of that activity hence used as the determinant in the rating the personal identity in the society. The pattern of perception, imitation, observation and general reception of the skills acquired from the environment have the massive impact on the social experience (Pateman 216-156).
The primary caregiver often plays the vital role in dispensing role in the society. Most people develop the attributes from what they see, observe and perceive from the immediate environment, and therefore it is imperative to note that the direct caregivers provide the general behavioral models in the society. These beliefs have since changed among different cultures in the society, some of the gender roles and experiences help to determine the identity of individuals in the community. Notably, the variations in the gender roles and standards tend to vary depending on various factors such as occupation, education which in the long run helps to determine the absolute identity of individuals. However, the individual differences and the degree of the stereotypes vested in them provide the gender experience in the humanity.

The individuals who perceive themselves from the minority groups tend to develop psychological distress and experiences. Such attributes and skills are the basis of discrimination and differences experienced among different individuals in the development .on the other hand the ethnical identities which brand different personalities with their respective geographical boundaries constitute a significant concern in the personal identity.
On similar account, the implication of the gender roles is influenced by the biological effects in the body. Apparently, the biological functions such as the psychological and the cognitive aspects predominantly trigger the empathetical feelings affecting the manner in which both the male and female undertake their roles in the society. The in-depth analysis on the contribution of the biological influence on the gender-based positions indicates that the female based on their body morphology and structure are affected by the variations in the hormonal level and therefore aligned to the specific roles hence a determinant in the personal identity in the society. Apparently, human beings are believed to sort the skills, attribute, knowledge, and behaviors either as feminine or the masculine category. For instance, the election in the United States of America attracted few female candidates. This phenomenon is common across the globe due to the different gender stereotypes of the female candidates as the weak ones. Also, the female politicians are perceived by the society to be useful only in handling the female affairs in the political situations; on the other hand, the male politicians are seen to be superior in treating the crime, foreign and local affairs. Such kinds of stereotypes are distinctive and form the point of identity of individuals in the society.in the incidences where the political reality has the voters who lack the necessary information on the female aspirant tends to view her as the stereotypical woman and consider the male ones on the same platform since they are perceived to have the skills and enough knowledge to run the political offices (Ayman135-157)
