The other friends were able to offer him adequate help, and this provided an opportunity for his friends to learn from the horrifying incident. It also affected neighborhood security and a mechanism put in place to protect children while playing. Although it is difficult to monitor children while playing, it is essential for the parents and caregivers to offers measures that reduce risks faced by children.
Ted's life was in danger if not for his friends. He was helpless at first since he could not find any help from outside. The only threat left was the shootings that left horrific scenes on the downstairs. Although the security had tried to contain the situation, it was evident that Ted needed more help to secure his breath. Although he could reach out to other friends, it was apparent that the injuries from the gunshots have left him with a life-threatening situation.
