In any society, several beliefs guide morality to individuals. The morals exercised in society are believed to be formed out of the person's value. It is evident that doing the right things and what you may wish someone else to do to you is morally right. Morals enable the building of specific forms of rules and a person's behavior, which leads them to conduct themselves more pleasingly. The core beliefs on what makes some things moral and other things immoral include how we hold ourselves; for instance, ethical conduct will facilitate moral ethics while poor behavior drives one into performing sinful acts. I gained these kinds of beliefs thorough understanding of how to conduct myself when interacting with other people. The benefits towards understanding the feelings will ensure that morals are exercised in the society; hence, gaining social mores.

Do your personal moral beliefs align with one of the classical moral theories? If so, what is it, and what are the theory's details?

I believe that my personal morals beliefs align with the classical moral theories and traditions. I firmly believe that Kant's deontological theory goes hand in hand with my own beliefs. The approaches require that an individual should be willing, to be honest, and tell the truth about themselves. Additionally, the theory states that the rightness or the wrongness of actions does not necessarily depend on the consequences. Still, it depends on whether or not this has fulfilled the required duty. There must be the principle of morality must be the core factor when it comes to this theory.

What are the different ethical issues involved in the above example? How are these issues related, if they are?

The ethical issues involved in the example include the unfair taxing of the non-resident students. I believe that the students, whether the United States students or the immigrants, should be entitled to equal and subsidized tuition fees. The students must have equal rights to education and tuition fees since they are gaining the same knowledge. Additionally, the issues are related in that the students are getting similar situations and in the same university; hence, I think that overtaxing the non-native students will only bring problems of immorality in the university and Texas State in general.

How might different ethical perspectives apply to the above example?

Ethical perspectives apply in different ways in this example. Ethically, the tuition fees at UHD University should be subsidized in a way that the students acquire active learning. There should be documentation in the state constitution where both immigrant and native students should be entitled to in-tuition at Texas Universities. This would facilitate ethical and moral perspectives in the Texas state and, ultimately, in the entire society.

What is your position on the issue above? What possible objections might one raise to your position, and how might you respond to them?

My position regarding this issue is that all the students should be entitled to equal rights and privileges. For instance, the in-state tuition should be issued to both the native and immigrant students in Texas Universities. By doing so, there will be equitable and active learning in society. Additionally, the subsidizing of education to the people who live in Texas, whether legal or not legal citizens, will facilitate ethical and moral in society. In the case of any objection towards this view, I would counter it by ensuring that I have addressed the need to foster equitable and rightful moral society. I will reflect that for an organization to be ethically and morally upright, there is a need to ensure equal rights across the community.
