Introduction
Evidence-based practice is a systematic rule that guides the channeling of the outcomes obtained in a project. During this period of research and extensive assessment of material and other related samples, the researcher is mandated to link the investigation to the obtained results of the study. As a result, there are two distinctive methods for disseminating EBP result, which makes the obtained results genuine, and relevant to the subject under study. This paper, seeks to evaluate the importance of both internal and external methods of results dissemination in the nursing field.
The internal method requires a friendly notation of all the changes that may be affecting the nurses within the organization, as well as how they can be improved to give nurses, a suitable working condition. During dissemination of these finding, one is required to point out, possible was of mitigating the burnout in nurses, as a way of avoiding a bias report.
On the other hand, the external method is regarded as an eye opener for many researchers to refine their art of skills in the research field and analysis conducting (Bloom, 2016). During this stage, researchers approach the external method with an open view to help them gain knowledge from other related similar work studied by other researchers.
According to Hande, Williams, Robbins, Kennedy, & Christenbery, (2017) external method is regarded as one of the suitable chances and techniques to help a researcher point out their feelings and approach towards the subject under study. In other words, the external method may be used as an advocate, to help create awareness, of the ailing matter within the nursing environment. During this period, the research is urged to be open and transparent in reporting matters affecting the staff, or anything that may result in poor working conditions that have not been addressed by the organization.
Conclusion
In the bottom line, nursing is considered as one of the intrinsic careers, that exposes nurses into an array of events that alters their health, and mental affections, leading to burnouts. However, most of the organizations do not factor these effects into consideration, leading to some nurses quitting the profession for good. As a result, it is essential to present the EBP results to both internal methods, which includes internal hospital board, to help bring into their attention, the grievances of the nurses. On the same token, it is essential to use direct but straightforward communication, to avoid the feeling of the complaint, which may result in objecting the results project. On the other hand, the external method, which includes factors such as nursing organization, play a huge role when it comes to EBP project results dissemination. Under this direction, research has the freedom of expressing the grievances and the effects faced by the nurses on their daily activities, which may help create awareness, as well as calling for immediate corrections of the conditions, to help improve the nursing career.
