The **** diner is located at (insert location and address) which was not far from where we live. It was founded by a Chef who quit his job at a Five Star Hotel in order to fulfill his dream of owning a chain of restaurants. So far, the response from the populace has been positive so I chose to do an impartial review of the restaurant. I called in advance and reserved a table for seven PM. We arrived at the **** dinner at a few minutes to seven. Although it was early evening the establishment was already full. I was thankful that they had taken the time to prepare a table for us and were very welcoming when we came in.

The first noteworthy thing was the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The person serving us did so with a smile and made us feel important and cared for. The staffs from the person parking our car to the man at the door were all courteous to us throughout the entire process and during the time that we spent over there. This is a commendable quality that makes the place even better. Secretly, we hoped that the food matched the high-quality standards that we had so far appreciated. The menu presented us with tantalizing options that we could choose from. After a brief debate, we selected a meal called Mississippi Crack Chicken. The chicken was cooked on a slow fire and presented with fresh vegetables that were sauteed at a mild temperature. The Chicken was also served with cream cheese and a small bowl of ranch dressing. The flavors were rich and quite unique and the inclusion of some crispy fries gave the meal a casual but classy feel.

From the presentation of the meal and the time it took to get it to the table, the diner never let us down one bit. The service was timely and the food near perfect. The meal was so good that we hardly took out time to eat it. The chicken exploded and filled our mouths with flavor and the rest of the meal was indeed truly interesting. The owner of the restaurant, Mr. Chuck Dean took time to interact with the customers at every table seeking feedback and urging the customers to come back in the future. He had the same level of courtesy that the staff had shown us while his smile was infectious. This act gave the restaurant a homely and welcoming feel that we duly noted.

After we were done with the mean we topped it off with some red wine and took the time to take in the ambiance. The atmosphere within the restaurant was designed to ensure that the patrons can have a conversation but the piped music was still quite pronounced for the benefit of the individual diners. It was quite easy to spend hours upon hours within the venue because everything was so nice and comfortable. The staff also kept asking if there was anything else that we needed and received some complimentary items before we left.Overall, the **** diner is an establishment that I would gladly recommend. It provided us with a memorable experience; the food was great and the service, impeccable. Anyone interested in a wonderful dinner within a homely environment should definitely try it.
