As a leader, I have lived my life, guided by my beliefs, and doing what is right. Thus, my life has been committed to three V-3 leadership qualities as a leader. As a leader, many elements make me a role model. My leadership style is virtuous, as I always strive to do what is right and appropriate. My leadership embodies different virtues which have provided the desired environment for improvement of my subordinates' capabilities and improved operational performance in various institutions. The first virtue is practical wisdom, which I have continued to use in my spectrum expertise. I have planned, designed, and executed different projects in Africa and Asia. As a global project manager, I train, spectrum management, and monitoring services to diverse clients based in Africa and Asia. The wisdom, coupled with justice to my employees, is the foundation of my leadership. Secondly, my leadership style holds dear the virtue of humility. Humility gives the leadership essence, the willingness to serve our clients, and my subordinates have seen me gain strength in people development, coaching, and communication with clients. Besides, the virtue of humility has helped me to admit mistakes and change my plans when they fail.

My leadership is a value embodied leadership style which holds in high position the values of respect, integrity, and courage. Respect is a value that is two way. I treat my subordinates with dignity, kindness, and understanding, and in turn, they respect me back. The mutual respect ensures that regardless of our differences, we steer our company towards a common goal. Secondly, integrity is a leadership value that I have always held dear. I am trustworthy, keep my word, and fulfill expectations. It has enabled me to work in different fields of business and engineering as a manager. I have also co-founded Livenode Inc. due to my nature of honesty. Also, I plan and manage various projects which have all been completed to the satisfaction of the clients.

As a leader, being courageous and innovative. I believe that any action undertaken by the company is valid as long as it is for the common good of the business. My actions are bold in giving services to all clients to ensure inclusivity and justice to all. Besides, my courageous nature has enabled me to beat many odds and win the Bpeace innovation award for campaigning against the use of plastic bags to save our environment from pollution.

Lastly, I am a visionary leader whose goal is to leave behind a better world than I found. I aspire that I will keep on with my ethical leadership style founded on virtue and values that ensure justice and empowerment to all. As a leader, I continue to fight against environmental pollution and fully support measures to conserve forests, water catchment areas, and the environment in general. I want a leadership life in which justice, integrity, and mutual respect prevail rather than discrimination, and pride. Also, my subordinates as we work to build our company should be innovators and achievers who dare to stand and promote the common good. Their potential should be harnessed to encourage risk-taking and responsible. Looking at the current situation, the leadership style should be changed to ensure organizational transformation and not conservative.
