Introduction
Visual reality is a very important facet in learning since it helps students grasp what they are being taught faster and be able to apply it later whenever needed. Technological advancement in the current century has been very vital in different aspects of life. Though some of the features developed by technology have been criticized, most of them have been very significant in our everyday life. Currently, several innovations have occurred in technology. These innovations are being embraced in learning. The visual reality in learning is currently the most discussed and utilized in learning environs. Studies have been conducted concerning the perception of visual reality by students and some conclusions drawn. From the results of the studies, it was known that visual reality is liked by very many students. It was realized that the thoughts of realism created by visual reality were the cause that influenced the students and led to an upsurge in their concentration in the cause. In this paper, I will be looking at how visual reality helps students in their education.
Visual reality helps students maximize their capability to learn. Visual reality can be best explained by the fact that the students are given the actual feeling that they are in the actual location instead of them being exactly there. All these are made possible by the use of computer simulation. Such involvement helps learners to maximize their mastering ability to get what is being communicated. For instance, it can be very difficult for a first-time dancer to master each dance after a dance class that lasted an hour. Nonetheless, with visual reality technology, learners can first watch demonstrations, practice them and later get some instantaneous reaction to help them pick up (Chan & Howard, np).
Further, visual reality environs create an exhilarating and immersive understanding for students and thus they consider themselves part of the environs. This makes the students' interest in the course to upsurge and thus they are able to continuously improve. Moreover, the feelings of being in the real world enable students to retain the memory of the learned skill. This helps educators in teaching their students with ease. Visual reality is also very impactful to persons with disabilities since it gives them expedition knowledge (Yildirim, Elban & Serkan 66).
Similarly, visual reality is seen as an approach that facilitates erudition and sustained edification. This is due to the fact that students engage in the process and consider themselves as part of the environs. Moreover, this approach presents contents that can support a person's physical education knowledge. Additionally, visual reality is useful to those with disabilities since it creates equal chances in education (Yildirim, Elban & Serkan 64).
Conclusion
From the findings that have been evaluated, it is evident that visual reality is very important and its implementation in education helps students to learn. Visual reality places the student in the reallocation and enables him/her to get the real experience. Moreover, visual reality is important in education since it recognizes those with disabilities and creates equal opportunities for them to enjoy learning. In this regard, I will highly approve the use of visual reality in education environments since its advantages are very vital to learning.
