United team group is a club of few members in our local village. The club was founded two years ago, where I was one of the founder members. Members of our club have different age brackets, but the language they share is the same. I was appointed the treasurer of the club from the time it was founded. We elect new members of the club twice in a year to employ unique leadership traits of every member. As a treasurer of the club, my role is to record all the financial status. Also, I make sure that all records are up to date to avoid confusion in the next meeting that we always have monthly. In my position as a treasurer, I have to be honest, positive, trustworthy, and punctual to ensure the smooth running of our club in a positive direction in terms of financial status.

Visionary farmers club is a group formed by youths and farmers who have gained experience in matters regarding farming. Teenagers who are idle or those who have dropped out of school are free to join our club. I joined the club once it was formed one year ago and became a member. My role as a member is to contribute whatever I have about farming. I participate fully in the activities that may arise in the club, and to make sure that I avail myself in all the meetings as scheduled. To make our club improve, we contribute some money to every session which we get from our ordinal activities in our areas. In this club, every member must attend all the meetings since the issues discussed are of great help in the future. A role stain is stress experienced by every member. For example, sometimes, it is difficult to carry out two activities at the same time as they are associated with a single role. Role conflict is stress experienced by an individual emotionally as it is challenging to face multiple social roles in daily activities in a single unique rank.

An in-group is a group of people with the same attributes. Examples are united team groups, families, and friends in our local area. This group has enabled me to have a great vision in the future through the motivation I get from it. It has brought great encouragement to me; it has made me work hard to achieve my goals in the future. An out-group is a group in which an individual has no direct link to it. Science clubs and visionary farmers club are some examples. These groups have a significant impact on my life as they challenge me to have a great vision in the future and eventual succession of my life. These groups benefit much from social media as they gain much knowledge and successful ideas (De Dreu&Kret, 2016). They employ the acquired approaches in their activities to have a great achievement of their proposed goals. In my view, all people are encouraged to join the primary group since they are known well in our local village. Here, they will be able to gain much and succeed.
