Two sides of argument. Eating habits vary among different people and communities. Currently, many people eat various types of foods sold in hotels and restaurants. Such eating habits lead to situations of unhealthy eating and healthy eating. Firstly, unhealthy eating leads to obesity and other eating illnesses. Unhealthy eating is common among the college students and the working class. Most of the students get fast foods from nearby hotels hence creating a big business for them. However, the students and the working-class generation does not recognize when they eat healthy foods. After some time, they become unhealthy and inactive. When people fail to eat heathy body problems result. This persuasive essay focus on healthy eating considering the students and working class as the audience.
Unhealthy eating results to obesity cases among people. Obese people experience the challenge of shortness in breath. Further, obese victims report heart problems and weak joints. Such individuals cannot walk for long distances. My friend is obese, and I understand the problems she experiences. I began to eat healthily and I am happy with manageable weight. Eating healthy reduces the chance of being obese. The risk of obese situation is also reduced by doing exercise.
Healthy eating begins in the morning with breakfast. Antonogeorgos, et al 25, argues that breakfast is a daily meal which is perfect to start with every morning. Well-cooked breakfast tastes delicious. Eating a healthy breakfast provides a lot of energy to the body and helps in managing weight loss. Breakfast is the tastiest meal because people eat anything in the morning. Unlike dinner, breakfast can be salty or sweet. Breakfast helps people to lose weight. Healthy eating during breakfast involves fruits like bananas and other substances like an energy bar. Such eating habits helps to provide the body with the required nutrients.
A positive argument in healthy eating during breakfast is that it helps to provide energy for the daily activities. When you fail to take breakfast and participate in activities, you risk your health because it is not healthy to stay with an empty stomach. Failure to take breakfast can lead to gastritis and other complications related to body health.
Another reason why you should take breakfast is that your body needs food do perform well in class or workplace. Your body and brain might fail to function as expected because of the absence of energy and strength. When you engage in learning some new concepts or doing work, you will face a challenge because the stomach has nothing. Many people think that they can skip breakfast and eat when they feel hungry or tired. This argument presents the opposite side of healthy eating perception.
A positive perception of healthy eating during breakfast is that it helps to prevent infections. If you fail to eat you risk getting some diseases. It is easier for people to get sick when they continuously fail to take breakfast. You have to discover that breakfast is an important meal that cannot be skipped. It is good to wake up and prepare breakfast before going to school or work.
Healthy heating involves consumption of different types of foods. Poor eating habits result in high health risks that lead to expensive treatment. People spend a lot of money for treating infections that result from poor eating habits. Michael Poallan presented an essay "Escape from the western diet" that showed that statistics about working class Americans changing their poor eating habits. Healthy eating reduces extra expenses related to nutritional disorders. As a result, students should eat healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables.
During our class discussion, Olga Khazan mentioned in his essay "Why don't convince stores sell better food" that healthy eating reduces an individual's risk of developing illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Such foods are sold in the restaurants and fast food hotels in the towns. We should take foods that contain proper vitamins and nutrients to increase immunity. Foods with sufficient nutrients can be taken from home because it is less expensive when compared to nutritious food from an eatery.
Healthy eating at home is better for personal health and wellbeing as compared to dining in restaurants. When cooking for ourselves, we ensure we cook quality food by controlling the quantity of oil and salt in the food. When we eat from the eateries, none of the mentioned will be considered of value. Cooking at home helps us to cook healthy food because we can cook enough food quantity to satisfy us. A restaurant provides too little or too much for us, and this is a challenge in managing the food nutrients. Eating healthy involves eating comfortably and relaxed in a good place.
Healthy eating involves picking all the relevant nutrient in food like meat, fruits, dairy, good fats, and vegetable. Healthy eating offers your body with the required nutrient to survive. According to Byrd-Bredbenner, et al. 67, healthy diet supplies you with nutrients like protein, mineral, and vitamins. Other substrates include carbohydrates and fiber. Such minerals are essential for the development of the body and maintenance. Nevertheless, all the foods have different nutrient content quantity. Some foods like vegetables and fruits are rich in minerals and vitamins while other such as soda pop and cookies provide few quantities of nutrients.
The healthy eating diet involves a range of fruits and vegetables to prevent eye problems and digestive system issues. High risky illnesses like stroke, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes are prevented when you eat a healthy diet. Lack of sufficient calcium intake strengthens your bones and teeth. The absence of calcium can lead to tooth decay, and the consumption of excess calories can lead to overweight.
Obese and overweight people stand a higher risk of diabetes attack and other diseases such as asthma, heart disease, and depression. Since various vegetable and fruits contain such nutrients, people eating such food can help you in escaping illnesses. If you have kids should, it is significant to determine their taste preferences and provide food that contains all the necessary nutrients. Healthy eating should entail food that has plenty of vegetable, fruits, and whole grains. When considering healthy foods, it is important to consider foods like carrots, raisins, sticks, and yogurt for every day eating. Fast foods and processed foods are nutritionally deprived. Such foods might have high amounts of saturated fats, saturated fats, sodium and sugar are not good when given to kids.
Healthy eating should include foods that are well balanced. For instance, during breakfast, you should consider eating fruits like oranges, apples honey and carbohydrates substances to add energy to the body. You can add fruits to the oatmeal. The next breakfast should involve taking light food like apples or a cup of juice. A morning meal should also include meat, soup, rice, spaghetti, and fish.
On-going to sleep, you can take a glass of milk with honey to assist in healthy sleep. Eating healthy involves some behaviors and habits like eating at specific times. For instance, eating healthy requires eating during the time one is hungry alone. Additionally, eating organic foods is a major rule in eating healthy. Organic foods are said to contain high amounts of nutrients. To ensure healthy eating, you should eat with moderation because eating fast can result in some problems with your health. Healthy eating is required for people of ages.
You should not forget to eat different kinds of cereals. Cereals are the best healthy products because they are tasty and nutritious. Most of the cereals are rich in fiber that is useful in digestion, vitamins, and minerals. They support active digestion and nervous system. Cereals provide the body with carbohydrates that contain energy required during the daily activities McKevith & Brigid 45.

In conclusion, we all need to eat healthily. If we think about our health, we will not eat genetically modified foods. As a result, we will make efforts to improve and change our health. Eating healthy is not complicated because it is manageable. It might be difficult to start it, but later you will acknowledge the good you did to yourself. It is required to understand its' significance. Health food is required to be taken daily for better results. You will get strong and sleep better when your body is full of necessary nutrients. It is therefore important to eat healthily and feed your kid well to help him, or she develop fully and free from nutritious disorders.
