The family takes the epicenter of society and has always been interpreted as a union between a man and a woman in a marriage. The validity of gay marriages or lesbian marriages has been questioned by the ethical critics who view the marriages as lacking the foundation and ideological basis of conventional marriage. Despite the change in generational ethics, the ideals of society remain to move against the same-sex marriages due to cultural and religious ideals.

The plight of transgender persons in the academic sector has not been addressed adequately in the society. Somehow, the people in the community still believe that there is no place for the transgender people. Some jurisdictions have a hybrid culture that is almost tolerant to any stature, for instance, the United States whereas other countries have incredibly cultural that stifle the divergence in sexuality. In such circumstances, the transgender persons have a challenge in the education system that views the students as only either male or female.

The social perspective to the involvement of the LGBT in the society by the common majority is that the group ought to be suppressed. The suppresser forces have been working to deny the diverse sexuality group a chance to push the economic lever through labor and paid employment. Across the globe, the absorption of confessed diverse sexuality persons into jobs has been extremely low due to perceived notions of society.

The international campaign to recognize the rights of the LGBT persons in society has led to a response by international organs and some governments to enact policies that will remedy the conventional discrimination. Despite the will by the government, there exist push and pull forces due to the divergent views in the social debate based on the ethical grounds of various cultures. In the end, countries such as the United States continue to be global leaders in the realization of the liberal rights and recognition of the LGBT group through appropriate and affirmative action policies.

The media continues to play a vital role in the emancipation of society concerning tolerance on the divergence of sexuality present in the community. However, the media has been used by the opponents of the liberality and open society to criticize and ridicule the LGBT. Social media conversations and debates concerning the LGBT have also been used to advance the diverse sexuality campaign.it is essential to note that media gives both proponents and critic same platform that the debate is had. In all manner of outcomes, it is critical that many people are becoming aware of the state of the LGBT.

Culture is predominantly the backbone of any given society regardless of a person's domicile, the culture whereby one was raised remains innate. The many cultures based on the religions such as Islam heavily rebuke the divergence of sexuality among LGBT. Not only Islam has an opposing view, but sections of society have developed a perspective against the divergent sexualities and strongly have the conviction not to associate with such persons.

Despite the raging debate in society against the LGBT, the agitations have not been taken to the violence and aggressive attack. In developed democracies such as the United States and most European countries, there are established political policies that have controlled societal rage and aggression against the diverge-sexuality personalities. However, in some countries in Africa, the overarching cultures in society have manifested to the level of waging violence against gays and lesbians. According to most African traditions, the transgender children are killed due to cultural belief.

The impact of inequality among the gays, lesbians and transgender persons has had a negative impact on the self-esteem of the persons. In many quarters, such persons have had to flee certain jurisdictions to have a chance to live normal lives. The rise of activist groups and associations concerned about the plight of the LGBT group has been a direct result of the need to address the state of inequality and discrimination.

Conclusion

With social liberty and human rights issues taking the center core of the daily debate in most jurisdictions, these groups are beginning to express themselves the more through their organizations. In jurisdictions whereby policies have not been developed to guard the LGBT, many associations are fighting for the rights through the mainstream media, social media and demonstrations. The advocacy has not gone unnoticed as the voices have led to social awareness and political mind shift. Among the members of society, people are beginning to think about social inclusion. Towards the social era of liberality is where the world is headed judging from the current trends. No wonder there is a hope for a liberal social construction in the future
