Introduction
Obama Care in Texas is one of the Affordable Care Act that will touch millions of Americans. Obama Care will help improve the lives of people by providing health insurances coverage, preventive care, and health care cost to millions of Americans. Without Obama Care, millions of Americans would lose their insurances and face higher medical bills (Affordable Health Care for All Americans, 2008). The project will increase the number of Americans covered by health insurance. It will also streamline the delivery of health care services and reduce the total cost of health care for everyone. It will take several steps to initiate medical CARE expansion or Obama Care in Texas.
First, is to ensure that Obama Care is in line with the law to avoid any legal problems. Second, is to ensure everyone is insured without excluding those with pre-existing conditions. Instead, they will access preventive care, which will help them reduce hospital visits and slow the rise of health care cost (Lee & Pore 2018) Encourage everyone to take the Obama Care Insurance cover to help them overcome health cost affecting families, individuals, and improve the health of their families.
Implementation of the Obama Care project will take approximately 9-12 months to be implemented. During this time, several activities will be carried out to ensure a successful project once executed. First, is putting down a well-documented business plan. It will help layout the program and how it will be done, how to secure finance, and what to prioritize. Second is to choose a legal structure with which it will ensure the project is in line with the law. Also, make sure the project is registered under the law. These will help the government recognize the project because it is set to help everyone in the Country. I will ensure the Obama Care Project complies with the Tax laws by making sure it will be paying taxes as stated in the rules of taxes. Finally, iwill make sure the project is registered with the state. By acquiring the appropriate permits and licenses and also set the plan running with its headquarters in town where everyone can access.
The projected cost of the medical care expansion is estimated to be 540$. It is a ten year expected plan. We intend to raise funds by raising $510.2 billion by increasing the Medicare tax on earned income by 0.95. An additional charge of 3.8% will be levied on couples making more than $250,000 and individuals making $200,000. Other ways to raise the money include, reducing a certain amount on Medicare hospital payments and cut funding for Medicare home health care paymentsFleming, (N. & Jones, 2015). Also, by increasing the annual fee paid by health insurances providers. When the projects start to run, funds will also be raised through penalties - for example, the non-coverage death to families that will refuse to purchase the insurance. The project will also collect funds by providing tax credits and subsidies for individuals and businesses. These are ways the Obama Care raises funds. According to the chart borrowed from https://www.benefitspro.com/2019/09/25/employee-health-care-premiums-now-exceed-20000-for-families-premiums/?slreturn=20190827144141, employer and worker contribution rise with the rise in income per year.

The chart above represents the rate at which people got insured from the year 2004 to the year 2014. According to this chart, in 2010, the rate of insurance was at 116.2%. The rate reduced to 94% by the year 2014. These show that with the help of Obama care, very many people were able to secure a health insurance cover hence the reduction as shown in the chart.
